I didn't get very good service here and the pizza wasn't that great either. They said that they would text me when my order was ready, but I never received the text. So I just went in. .. waited then some "put out" cashier checked my order out and she was NOT very friendly either... Idk. Some people sheesh!

If you don't like your pizza from here you are ordering wrong. You got to order the original pan pizza crust. This pizza was amazing! Ty friday night crew!

It's not just this location, I'm getting tired of pizza hut in general. The wait time wasn't horrible, but I ordered curbside pick up for convenience that day and when I clocked I was there, no one came out. I tried calling and I get a freaking call center. I had to call multiple times, I was hung up on, I was transferred and when I finally got my order, it was wrong and I had to drive back to go get it and start the process all over. It ended up being over an hour later before I was able to finally get my order home. This is ridiculous. I'd rather choose somewhere else next time.
Fast on time delivery. The pizza was hot and delicious. The parm chicken bites were good. Everything was good. No complaints.

I understand if you're short staffed, or can't get an order delivered. Thing is a phone call would have been nice telling me that you canceled my order. My order was taken and I was told a 45 minute wait which I was okay with. It hit an hour and I thought "Well, it's Saturday night." I waited for an hour an a half in total before calling on the order to check the status, and to my surprise wasn't coming. It was a huge let down as nowhere was open at all for pizza! If I was let known I wouldn't be so angry, but my night was ruined.

It's Pizza Hut, right? You know what it is and what your expectations should be. This is not artisanal, authentic, brick oven pizza. This is Americanized everyday utility pizza and it was good! Been there twice, both times for carry out. I have no idea how good/bad delivery would be.
