Got food for me and my cousin, accidentally got my cousin the wrong food, something new for us we tried. Not that we didn't so much like it more it made our stomachs a little upset i was plesently helped when i called by curtis, their absolutely amazing and wonderful and impeccable customer service welding manager. He was nice enough to compensate us with something else to our liking.both times i drove thru the drive through and called i spoke with two different cashiers and they were both amazing well-spoken professional women!! Curtis went above and beyond to satisfy our needs by staying open later than usual just to make sure we received our orders to compensate for the night before. Absolutely amazing. Very much appreciated, I tip my hat to you Mr. Curtis one again thank you ?
Once again I leave disappointed.I ordered spicy dark meat chicken. Received chicken thighs that were very undercooked and bloody on the inside. Just gross. I reported it to corporate and management over a week ago and have not heard anything back. Just a waste of money. I do not think I will go back anymore. I have given this restaurant too many chances.
