I decided to try this Vietnamese restaurant since I was nearby shopping at Costco and because of the positive Yelp reviews. I was really attracted to the extensive menu and vege options where you can choose tofu rather than meat or seafood. I ordered the tofu pho and it was flavorful and healthy. There were a mixture of fresh vegetables like bok choy, broccoli, bean sprouts, mushrooms and carrots in the soup. I dined in alone on evening while my wife was out of town. Sang, my server and the bartender made wonderful recommendations and was very helpful. I can't believe it took me 3 years to try this place. Now that I have I will absolutely be back. Food 10/10. I ate the soup for 3 days straight it was so huge. Order the Hue Spicy Noodle Soup & the Saigon rolls! So freaking delicious. Awesome neighborhood spot in an unassuming shopping strip.
