“Great customer service and friendly staff. Usually a little bit chilly inside, but always room to have quick meetings and chats.Parking: Parking can be a little crazy if the drive thru is busy. I recommend to back in when you park, that way you can just pull straight out and go around the drive through line when you leave. Otherwise you could be waiting a long time for someone to let you out.+++On a side note, I really wish people wouldn't park in handicapped spot unless you have a plate or placard to do so. If you have a big rig, please try not to take up two of the precious spots by the front door. It never fails that these two things happen every time I'm visiting.“
“As always Starbucks coffee is great here, prepared well, and quickly. It's two restrooms were very clean. I didn't test it's wifi today, but am fairly sure it's at least ok.I especially like it's out door seating. I very much enjoy sitting outside with a coffee in my right hand, and a kindle in my left.“
“I usually don't go to Starbucks in grocery stores because of the rules with using/reloading Starbucks cards and rewards but enjoy this Starbucks location. Although there's a Starbucks one block away on Proctor, this location gets busy at times but the wait time isn't too bad, compared to a stand alone store. Having been here a few times since moving to the area, I've always had great service - especially the manager Justina. She ensures that your order is made correctly, just how you like and ask. This recent visit I order a venti - with half green tea Frappuccino (extra matcha), half strawberries and cream Frappuccino (add strawberry purée) and strawberry cold foam, all with half the amount of syrup they normally put... it tasted perfectly!“
“Always a treat to see a Starbucks's while you're out and about doing errands and shopping. I ordered via the drive thru. Today was BOGO deal: All Weekend. New Year, New Yays from 12-6pm. I purchased a grande hot white chocolate with heavy cream. Service was excellent. I donated my extra one to a random young lady in the parking lot of the business next to Starbucks. Her face lit up and she was so thankful. It felt really good to share.“
“I always go to this place to get coffee. I don’t mind driving the extra mile.I always got the Iced brown sugar oat milk Shaken Espresso. (Extra ice, light milk, and extra cinnamon). In any business, the employee can be an asset or a liability.Anyway, today I ordered my favorite drink and after I left I tasted it and it did not taste right. They always get it right today not sure what happened.I was a little bit pissed because I had to drive back but I understand it happened. When I went back the employee (Young black female @12:28 drive thru)was polite and understanding. She remade the drink even though I was hoping for just brown sugar to add to the drink. She was very nice with a great attitude and proved to me that she cares and wants to make it right. She even asked to come back if it did not taste good. It made my day. Some people in other places will fix the problem but you can see in their face and their attitude that they are not happy about it it’s only because they had to.As a business owner myself employees like that person who does care she is a great asset to the company. Customer service it’s not easy so it’s hard to find people who have great skills for that position.Thank you for the great customer service. Definitely will be back!“
“I wanted to take the time to shout Clista out. When we walked in today, I saw four people working together peacefully like equals and had no idea a manager was on shift until I saw her name on the displayed business cards at the self-service station. I am impressed any time I see managers being a part of their team rather than trying to run it from the sidelines.“
“We love visiting this kiosk during our grocery trip! They're always so kind and they're efficient! As a former partner I love the quality of drinks and service we receive everytime! They always make the tiny human feel special and give her a cup of whip too “
“I really love this Starbucks location. Every one is friendly and helpful, always happy to have a conversation if they aren't swamped. Whether I order through the drive-through, or walk in with my son in the stroller, the staff is always wonderful. Lots of big comfy chairs to park my tired mommy self. I'm so glad this is my local Starbucks!“
“I was helped by someone with a bridge piercing and a very trendy mullet/shag- unfortunately I didn't read their name tag. But they were very kind & patient with me, even after I was unable to log in to my Starbucks rewards account, and my debit card declined (twice!) They didn't rush me or get upset with me and they made my visit wonderful :)“
“So fast n courteous this might be my new stop.. I usually go to a different Starbucks but lately they been kinda rude n not making the drinks to good.. however I came here n there was 5 cars n front of me n it went so fast n smooth I was in n out in least than 5 min.. loved it.. the barista at the window was amazing.. great job at this location.“
“We went to the mall last Sunday, January 7th, 2024. There was a really large line when we went to get a drink. We toughed it out, and surprisingly, it went really fast. Drinks were good. Way to work together and get the job done efficiently!!“
“The staff are friendly and efficient. There is a drive thru, so it stays busy but the guests inside are not ignored or kept waiting to keep the drive thru times down. There is a ton of seating, but the chairs at the tables are so uncomfortable, the seat isn't flat and the sides curve up making it very uncomfortable to turn in the chair, or sit in any way other than sitting up straight like you'd be made to in school. The padded chairs that are meant to be lounged it are slightly better, but a little lower to the ground, it's difficult to lean back in the seat as it's kind of deep. There are plenty of outlets to use, so you don't need to be crammed next to people if you need to use one. I think the only thing missing is a place to sit outside, but even there is a spot to go have a quick smoke and still be able to see your spot without having to haul your stuff out with you. It's definitely one of the better places to get coffee in that area.Parking: Pretty clean compared the the gas station/7-11 next door.“
“I love this Starbucks I can just go there and all the workers know what I want. The consistency of wonderful drinks and treats are amazing. Please put in an oven and give the option to purchase goods off of points in store not just the outside stores. Trust me you won't lose anything“
“Great experience! Sierra, the barista, was very pleasant, and she prepared the most consistently solid batch of drinks I've had at any Starbucks. She paid attention to the details, gave lattes a proper stir, and was overall quite professional.“
“What can I say about Starbucks a Danish a hot coffee or iced coffee they take pride in making coffee and I appreciate the young man not sure what his name but I came in early in the morning at 9 made it very delicious just the way I want thank you so much for your time and your talents“
“Great place to go & sit with a cup of coffee or walk around the Proctor District neighborhood. I've been coming to this area for a number of years; it's a really mellow vibe. The staff is very friend & know how to make a great cup of coffee! My go to is a Venti White Chocolate Moca Triple Shoot w/ Whip.... “
“Almost didn't go here bc the line was 15 cars deep, but they were so much more efficient then other Starbucks with only two cars in line. They were friendly and did not rush you. I didn't get the ladies name that took my order but Christopher at the window was awesome.“
“While this particular Starbucks is in what has become a sketchier part of town, one particular barista always stands out as a beacon of positivity and competence. Destini, as my girlfriend puts it, is an absolute doll. She shines at what she does, helping her fellow baristas and making each customer feel seen and cared for. She is the definition of creating the Third Place! I’m surprised she isn’t a supervisor yet because she shows such obvious leadership and charisma with staff and customers alike. If she ever wants to develop, I hope Starbucks takes her seriously as she is an easy choice. Thank you Destini for consistently making me and my girlfriend both a delicious drink and making our day!!“
“The barista was super nice and just a joy to chat to. Wish I got her name but she has red hair and made a delicious coffee for myself and my family.Super bummed there is a no tipping policy because we would have LOVED to tip her - she clearly goes above and beyond.“
“I went here for breakfast everyday for three days as it was cheaper then eating breakfast at the hotel. The hot food is okay. It has flavor, but it's pre-made and then microwaved. I do like the Feta, Spinach and egg white wrap. The cinnamon coffee cake is good as is the banana walnut bread. The hot tea's are good and the service was great with the manager knowing my name after my fist visit.“
“Friendly staff and reliable food as usual for Starbucks, with nice outside seating area with good southern exposure. While the general location is convenient, just off the freeway, getting in and out driving can be tricky and parking is limited during busy hours. Unhoused persons may be active at times.Parking: Limited and somewhat difficult to access directly in front of this Starbucks. There is more parking across the access roadway, but this can be mostly full at busy times as well.“
“Starbucks once again offers consistently and a moderately price product. They are my morning go to for the cup of coffee I enjoy. No matter where you go the coffee and experience are the same. Starbucks offers more than just a good cup of joe. You can one stop shop to fulfill your daily requirements of coffee, breakfast and lunch. Lots of sweet treats are also on the menu. I highly suggest give them a shot in the morning to get you on with your day.“
