Staff does try hard to provide good service but sometimes its a one employee show and they can get overwhelmed easily. Probably a result of the business model or not typically busy enough to have 2 staff at the lowest times of the week but that can backfire too.

This is our favorite Subway Restaurant. All of the employees are friendly, and they have a positive attitude. One of the employees told me that she was grateful just to have a job. Those are the employees that should be kept and given compensated for.
