Always have great food and comfortable atmosphere. They do get busy so if you don't want to wait I would recommend getting a reservation.

The service was nice and the food was okay. My favorite was the caramel over vanilla ice cream.

Love this place. All of it is good but can’t get enough of their creamy pesto salad dressing! Helpful tip: order a side of it to dip the sourdough bread. ? and who doesn’t love spumoni?!?

We had a small group (7) including 2 small children for birthday. Nice atmosphere (even better than most OSF’s). Service was friendly but a bit haphazard (they skipped taking one of our adult guests order so we had to hunt down a server) but our server was a very likable person. Food: now we don’t expect super fine dining at OSF, just good predictable food but we all thought ours didn’t have much taste, low on seasoning, was barely hot, and we’d had better food at a Shari’s Restaurant. There’s better choices in Tacoma for evening dinners.

Great food and drinks- our favorite date night destination!UPDATE 03/20/2024 : We used OSF to cater our wedding and were very impressed with them! We had a guest count of roughly 100 people and the OSF team was so helpful in deciding how much food to order and offering prices for different variations. Day of the wedding went smoothly, they arrived and set up and were on their way with no issues. Pricing was fair and the food was delicious!

Horrible food. Tasted like tomato paste and frozen ravioli.

Great food and great prices. Have been twice with my wife and always really enjoy it. I want to shoutout Latoiya who was our server last time and was incredible. Such an attentive and great server probably one of the best service experiences we’ve ever had with no exaggeration.

Stepping into The Spaghetti Factory feels like a journey back to a time when comfort and flavor reigned supreme. With every visit, I'm reminded of why this charming eatery holds a special place in my heart.First and foremost, let's talk about the food. Oh, the food! Each dish is a masterpiece of flavor and freshness. However, it's the pesto dressing that truly steals the show for me. Vibrant and bursting with herbaceous goodness, it elevates even the simplest of dishes to culinary excellence. From the classic spaghetti to the hearty lasagna, every bite is a testament to the care and craftsmanship that goes into each recipe. One of the standout features of The Spaghetti Factory is its unwavering dedication to being kid-friendly. As a parent, finding a restaurant that caters to both adult palates and little ones' tastes can be a challenge, but The Spaghetti Factory effortlessly strikes the perfect balance. With a diverse kids' menu and a welcoming atmosphere, it's a place where families can come together to enjoy a delicious meal without any fuss. And let's not forget the parking! It may seem like a small detail, but the addition of convenient parking has made a world of difference. No more circling the block endlessly or worrying about finding a spot—now, I can simply pull up and indulge in my favorite pasta dishes without a care in the world. In conclusion, The Spaghetti Factory is more than just a restaurant; it's a cherished tradition that never fails to delight. Whether you're craving a taste of nostalgia or simply seeking out exceptional Italian cuisine, this establishment delivers on every front. With its stellar food, family-friendly atmosphere, and newfound convenience of parking, it's no wonder The Spaghetti Factory remains a beloved culinary destination for all.
