I rarely come for breakfast but it was a nice treat to go have breakfast with my wife so we came to Original pancakes house. We were greeted and sat right away. I ordered the buttermilk pancakes and wifey had the strawberry crepes. I was so excited but as I was spreading the butter over the pancakes there was a hair… errrr I immediately lost my appetite, I finally got a managers attention and she apologized, had it remade, they also took it off my bill. Overall despite the hair everything else taste ok. The chicken sausage was a bit dry and burnt. Food runner and server wasn’t that happy she didn’t look like she wanted to be there. Probably not will be back again.

I got the mini biscuits and gravy and hubby got the French toast. He really enjoyed the French toast and his over-easy eggs were perfect. The whipped cream on his hot chocolate tasted homemade. My biscuit why tough, dry, and had too much baking soda after taste. The gravy was soso and could have used more salt. My eggs were good and I appreciated the crunchy home-style potatoes.

Pretty cool restaurant with great service and good food. Restaurant has a bit of a throwback vibe to it. Orange juice is made fresh. Pancakes are obviously their specialty and it shows because they are delicious.

Not only was food great food was delivered insanely fast. Was skeptical on Sunday midday...but we sat ordered and very shortly after had our food. Tad pricey but worth it. Honestly, I thought the potatoes were gonna be the weakest link. They look like they weren't cooked all the way through but they were freaking

The food was really delicious, packed were soft and just perfect, bacon and cheese omelette was awesome, and the coffee was an exactly what I needed.
