My favorite Vietnamese place! I usually get the "I can't make up my mind" rice plate but request them to take out the chicken and replace it with pork. It's $30 before tax + tip with 3 times the meat portions of the other regular rice plates and the pork and beef are A M A Z I N G. I cannot say enough about Thuy's and the folks who run it. I'm thrilled that they made it through the chaos that was 2020-2022. Been coming to this place for years since it was a Than Bros. Since Thuy took over several years ago it is a lot cleaner and the menu has expanded. Everything is really good especially the pho! I'm always reluctant to try new things because I always want pho! But venture out of your normal go-to and you won't be disappointed.
