The food here is good. It's not out of your world hot pot. They're also preset hot pots which can ve helpful if you're indecisive or you're bringing people who don't hotpot normally. It's also a lot easier than doing hot pot at home. The price is pretty decent for the amount of food that you get. The servers are busy, but they do a good job of giving everyone attention with turning your pots on and off but sometimes need to be flagged down. They never seem upset when flagged down....read full review

Food is good but service is very disappointing. We had to ask for water, new sauce cup, spoon and rice because they forgot. Food had ingredients that I specifically asked to take out. Servers never came back to check on us for water or anything.

I asked for Flaming Hot and it tasted mild.Still deliciousThink about the lunch waiting time (40-60 minutes), so go early and wait for your reservation at the kiosk.The lunch price has increased in 2024.
