We eat here once in a while and it has been awhile. Today was good food but the place was very empty. We were there on a weekday around 3pm. Service was a bit slow considering the lack of other guests. I ordered the Sassy salad and Hubby ordered the two meat plate with both meats being brisket. The server suggested he order the dinner version as there would be an additional fee of $3 to have his original request of double brisket. We had dinner at the Tukwila location tonight and Andres was very pleasant and helpful. We made some specific requests and he accommodated our needs. Food is always good at Famous Daves and I appreciate that at a BBQ place they offer an option of salmon. It is prepared on a Cedar Plank and is excellent. My husband says the St. Louis Ribs are the best ribs ever.
