Before I get into this review I want to preface that both me and my friend work in the restaurant industry and know how things are supposed to be done.Wish I could leave 0 stars because the service we received was absolutely TERRIBLE. Came in to a sight of a pretty much empty restaurant and still had to stand there waiting for a table for about 10 minutes while watching Jose stand there staring at us doing absolutely nothing. He finally walked us over to a table then took another 10ish minutes to bring us water. We ordered some appetizers at that point and then while looking visibly ready we had to sit there for another 15 minutes waiting for him to come back to take our actual order. Someone else brought out our food and he didn’t check on us until our actual meals arrived. After we go our meals he did not check in on us ONCE we kept having to flag him down to ask for refills and napkins. At the end of our meal when both of looked visibly done he stood there chitchatting with another coworker, it came to a point where after about 20 minutes of just sitting there both of us were just staring them down to get some attention. Keep in mind the restaurant had maybe 6 tables and we spent the whole time watching our server and the rest of the staff just goofing around and playing with a basketball hoop. We both had animals at home to feed and we’re not expecting to spend almost 2 hours at a chain restaurant.

The service was good but slow. Staff was very friendly. They do have a little variety so if you don’t want wings they have other options. We got wings with a side of fries. For it being $72 really was nothing special. The wings were like shoe leather but flavorful. The atmosphere was good.

Their rating should be below what it is. I don't know how you burn cheese curds but they did it. Bought wings and loaded tots, everything had that burnt taste. How bout you all clean your fryers everyday. Service was under par like always, not coming

Everything I was served here was absolutely disgusting. My mozzarella sticks were cold and stiff, the fries were cold and stale, the burger was missing toppings and was downright disgusting. Even my drink was bad because they gave me ice when I asked for no ice. They were too busy to bother complaining. Service was very slow and kind of rude.I will never come back here. Gross.

Missing alot of food items. Traditional wings were not available. ITS IN THE NAME. I settled for boneless chicken (nuggets). I won't stop going to BWW but will pass next time I see no wings.

Last month the waiter Aaron gave me and my friend absolutely terrible service while dining in ( never brought us our drinks, kept disappearing so other waiters had to serve us all our food and when he would notice others serving us he would run up behind to “try and help” ) and when he finally came back to us the one time by himself he instantly asked if we wanted our check and when we didn’t tip him (because it wasn’t deserved at all in our opinions) he decided to take matters into his own hands and give himself tips on our cards once we left- spoke to management a few days later once we noticed it on our cards and they told us they would “work it out” and never got back to us after back and forth calls for a few days saying they would refund us what he stole. When we reached out to management again 2 weeks later once we realized no one was actually doing anything they said they would, they yet again asked us for all the exact same information that was given previously and then never reached back out AGAIN after saying they would refund us still. It’s been officially one month since the incident.And tonight my boyfriend decided we should try BWW again and do take out instead and they forgot both orders of fries that come with the wing and fry bundle - I get it that it’s a Saturday so it’s busy but this isn’t the first time also that the union gap one forgets parts of our take out orders. Really can’t justify anything about this restaurant at this point.Also not sure if Aaron himself has been fired or reprimanded for the straight THEFT he has committed but if he wasn’t- I would suggest other customers checking their statements after having him be your waiter because who knows how many other people he does that to wether they tip or not.

Every time I order appetizers & beer, they come at the same time as my dinner. Wish it would serve as an actual side while I'm waiting! Happens at most BWW but other than that the food is good and the servers are sweet!

Everything was great until I went into the bathroom. All the good food I enjoyed I wanted to throw up cause the toilet was very nasty and dirty it's not clean or washed at all. The smell was getting to me.
