Owner will not honor a refund of the most disgusting food I have had the displeasure of eating. The employees are rude and Yolanda who I spoke with who said a refund would be given was the only one pleasant. The little snotty girl who hung up on me today while requesting to speak to management should find another career where she doesn't speak with anyone in the general public. Manager was rude. They had only 3 employees on a Saturday during the rush. The manager was yelling at the employees so much it was impeding the productivity. No wonder only 2 people came to work. No one wants to be belittled when they are doing their best. The ice cream cake was necessary or we would have gone elsewhere. Unreal how disrespectful this manager was to the employees.
