I went through the drive-thru looking for pumpkin shakes that were not on the menu but the lovely lady in the drive-thru offered to make them for me and she did she was very happy and
I understand why the staff doesn't have the energy to be friendly, they are suffering without air conditioning. I went there during the heat wave and this isn't acceptable, they were all red and I felt sick just being there for 5 min, it was unbelievable hot. Shame on the management and such a big company that they aren't providing basic needs for those workers. I just can't believe how anyone would work in this conditions, specially in customer service when we know people now...read full review

The staff were very pleasant and had great personalities. The restaurant was very clean. The hit fudge sundae was delicious, and the butter finger blizzard was tasty. I was really happy they were open on New Years Day.Parking: Very easy to find. Next to Fred Meyers off Mill Plain Blvd.Kid-friendliness: Kid meals and smaller ice cream cones and drinks for children. Seating was suitable for children with lots of room.
