Have had a few issues with getting incorrect items when I order on Uber-Eats. Missing items and silverware is common. Sometimes we get different drinks than what we ask for.I order here a lot so if this gets remedied, I’ll update this review. The food is good.

Against Planned Obsolescence

The kids burrito made with frozen meat and my kid couldn’t even eat it ? my bowl was made with uncooked beef ? I think it was really expensive for what it is. I do not recommend this place.

Not very good and expensive. Do not get the falafel it is cold, flavorless and bad flavor.It gets at least 2 stars because tomato soup was okay and portion generous

Freshii has a number of vegan menu items clearly labeled. The teriyaki bowl, Buddha's satay and lemongrass soup all immediately come to mind. They are delicious and the food is healthy.

I ordered a chipotle cheddar burrito, a spicy buffalo bowl, a super kids salad, and a spicy lemongrass soup. Overall the food was super bland, my rice was undercooked, the burrito and bowl weren’t even warm as advertised, and the soup was inedible- tasted like mushroom water, no spice whatsoever. O and I paid extra for egg and they didn’t even add it.For the price you’re paying you’d think they’d have some seasoning. I’d give this place zero stars but added one because my 3yo who doesn’t typically like salads seemed to enjoy it. Actually I’ll add an extra star only because the ingredients did seem to be fresh, the salad was nice and crispy.

I ordered the teriyaki twist bowl. It wasn’t too bad but not $15 worth. It was only rice, some veggies and 2 hard boiled eggs in a bowl for $15? No chips or drink included. It could have used some more sauce too. It wasn’t terrible it just was too pricy for me and what it was.

First time trying Freshii and we liked it! The options are pretty decent. They have dishes that can be made vegan, for me a requirement. We split a Mediterranean bowl between two of us. As avid cyclist splitting a dish mid ride is ideal to get some calories and not overload your system. The four stars is only do to my hunger not being satisfied as much as I would like…

The best place to eat. The $$$ is getting up there. The times these days are making it hard for people to have good food. This is that place. Sometimes like once every 90day 3mo. This place is my friend.

Imagine spending your money at a place currently demoing outsourced call center cashiering for less than half of the local minimum wage. This kinda late stage nightmare shouldn't surprise anyone any more but you won't catch me with my wallet out at a Freshii.

I love this food! I feel good eating it and feel good after eating it, (unlike other stuff). It's a little pricey, but I've never been able to finish a bowl in one meal and the teriyaki twist bowl is amazing... so it's worth it.

Found a long white hair in my $18+ bowl when we brought it home! Absolutely disgusting! We’ve contacted them twice about this issue and contacted the actual Freshii customer service and they have failed to even attempt to fix this issue! We reported them to the health department as well. Will never be back here again and will advise others to not come as well! ?

Such sweet customer service, always super fast, and remembered our order after only being in a handful of times. Food tastes clean and is reasonably priced.

Worst experience ever at this location. Ordered the teriyaki bowl and only had 3 pieces of chicken and mind you they CHARGE EXTRA to add the chicken. Little to no Cucumber and dressing. It was mostly brown rice and a ridiculous amount of wonton strips in the bowl. There was nothing fresh about eating that. A complete joke for the price. Employees act annoyed when customers walk in because they have to stop their conversation. No type of friendliness or respect. They need to acknowledge customers who walk in and be more professional.
