Super nice.. 9.15.23 I had gone through the drive thru at the orchards location and was informed they were out of white meat.. that would be fine for me, but the rest of my family is white meat only.. since this was Friday and Fridays are"treat nights" at my house I stopped the order at the Orchards KFC, pulled into the parking lot and called the Hazel del location to confirm they had both dark and white meat. People were nice. We went through the drive thru. The Pepsi was hardly carbonated, the Raspberry tea was watery, no fork/spoon for the famous bowl, no butter or honey for the 4 biscuits, the 2 chocolate cakes were missing and there was a piece of long hair trailing off a piece of chicken from my son's 4 pcs meal. He didn't touch the rest of the chicken. Luckily he'd already eaten 2 pcs before he ran into the hair. It was just very disappointing.

I love the Mac & cheese bowl, but tonight the serving only filled the container half way. It looked like a "side order" of Mac & chz with half a dozen pieces of popcorn chicken. The $8.99 (+tax) MEAL I ordered looked like two stingy side dishes. Very disappointed. I won't stop at this location again.
