Today's treat was using a $0 delivery fee coupon and still being charged $1 for precisely that.I usually order ahead and pickup, and my order is never ready on time, yet people who show up after me and order onsite get their food first. Both the cup and bowl portion sizes are weirdly small on their soups and their sandwiches although tasty always have way too much bread to meat ratio. Also can't believe they offer those caffeine spiked lemonades in their "unlimited sips" club, those drinks are way too strong and made us feel instantly jittery, dehydrated, and ultimately nauseous! The bakery items are the highlight of these establishments, they do a great job!

I really wish they’d give you your drink before they get you your food like other places, you just stare at your drink for 5-6minutes after it’s been ready. They also didn’t heat up my bread bowl for my soup so cold bread and hot soup yay.
