I like their bagels a lot, but if you get some to go, DON’T have the people behind the counter slice them. For some reason this is a bagel joint that can’t slice bagels in half. They will be thick on one side and sometimes through the bottom in the other side. I’ve been going there for about 4 years and stopped having them sliced. I accidentally forgot yesterday and took them back this morning because they still haven’t learned.
I bought a large number of customized bagels and the order was 100% correct. Everyone loved theirs. (Mine was awesome too). I'll be back. Just writing this, makes me hungry for one of their terrific bagels!

I don't feel I can State how much I love seize the bagel. One of my biggest comfort foods is getting a bagel with Lox cream cheese (that's the one with the bits of smoked salmon in it) and my lord do they do it justice here.
