I come to this location frequently to work and the crew is always the best! Good customer service is super hard to come by these days and everytime I come here, I’m greeted with genuine enthusiasm. Today, i believe it was Sharita, brought me some water, just because, while i was working on my laptop for about an hour. Seriously love the thoughtfulness of this Starbucks crew!

Very unimpressed with the morning staff today around 7am on December 31st 2023. Everything bagel with NO cream cheese, napkins or knife. Got coffee that belonged to Clint, sorry you're having a decaf Carmel macchiato today instead of your white mocha Clint. Had to drive back around the drive through to get my correct order. Had to ask for the items that go with a bagel as well. So disappointed and the staff was laughing away behind the counter. I'll pick a different location from now on.

Love this Starbucks!!! We travel a bit further just to go to this location! Very friendly staff, Always have Excellent drinks & my Food I order is Always warmed Just Right!Most others I have tried around seem to, under "warm" their food items, or Over cook/warm them. The decor is always so very festive for every season! Their staff here are just extremely & Genuinely Nice! Not to just rush you off! Will keep coming back to this location...over & over! And...Today was Triple Star Day!!!????
Overall this location is great, it is right by a major Vancouver hospital and clinic so the location couldn't be better. The downside some of the baristas lack customer service skills. No thank you, or wishing you well on your day. I used to enjoy this Starbucks, but it is lacking recently.

A mixed bag. Nice atmosphere let down by a few things: Extremely uncomfortable seating, too-loud music and... a surprising number of house flies? I go here about once a week and there's nearly always house flies buzzing around.
