On Friday, I went in during the busy dinner hour. There was one employee working, she greeted everyone, was able to focus with all the distractions of people coming and going, maintained a smile, and worked the To-go orders coming through. Some customers were frustrated because one employee was working, but in the employee’s defense, she handled it very well. Kudos to her for keeping a smile during what appeared to be a stressful time. She handled it with grace.

Horrible!!! Placed an online order and waited 45 minutes to get our food. The employee told people that were walking in that if they did not place an online order, she couldn’t even help them. This is the second time we’ve been in there where there’s only been one person working and a ton of people waiting and online orders coming in left and right. This is the third time we’ve been to the store and they were out of chocolate chip cookies. I highly recommend that you find another subway. ?

Horrible. Not even worth one star. I placed a mobile curbside order and waited over 30 minutes before I finally left without the food I paid for. There was one single person working, it's not physically possible for one people to do everything in the store by themselves. It wasn't necessarily that employees fault. I waited in the curbside spot for about 30 minutes before driving around to the drive thru window where I sat for another 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Again, not the person workings fault, but why were they scheduled alone?The obvious solution is to go inside the store, I realize that, but I just finished swimming and wasn't in appropriate clothes to go inside. Which is why I ordered curbside. And tried the drive thru. If you can't accommodate mobile orders then turn it off. Or better yet, if you don't have the appropriate staff, close early. It's not fair to the person working by themselves, and it's not fair to people trying to get food there.Whoever is running this store needs help, training, or to be replaced. I don't think I'll ever go to subway again with how awful my last few experiences have been. I shouldn't have to do a chargeback on my credit card for some sandwiches.

Been to 2 locations a mile apart and both had online orders first then waiting customers. One person only working at both locations! If you have online you need to add another helper. It's common sense.... Nobody likes waiting 30 minutes for a stupid sandwich!

The tall lady with the glasses was rude, and made me feel like it was an inconvenience to make my sandwich. This location was very unwelcoming, and had poor customer service. The bathroom was dirty and lacked supplies.

I've been to this subway a few times and most of the times it is decent. I used to work at subway myself, and there was a decent employee tonight and a pissy one. at our subway we put customers first not online orders. I dont have the workers name so I'll describe her as a latina with black hair and i believe brown eyes, dark skin. Seemed very bratty and when my husband said"excuse me,(in a nice tone" he's somewhat shy when asking for things) simply asked her for two cups for water. She did so with a bad attitude, the other worker who was serving in person orders, was nicer but didnt really have much of a work atmosphere style. Def glad i wasnt an inspector otherwise i would've felt bad for having to write up a store that is normally decent. but she slowed down as soon as the line got bigger, normally as soon as we saw customers in our subway we went faster, fasted we finished a whole order of 8 sandwiches with two employees was around 5-8min including toasting. this felt like around 15-20 min. one customer ended up getting upset, i know you cant do much about running out of things, but seems like they dont keep things very fresh/and or need more orders than most subways since its 24hours. Hope this store does better for future trips. and get the latina to have a good attitude, she would have gotten written up at my work place that's for sure.*floors and tables should be kept up*unless they were actually out of sodas should have been refilled. (sometimes workers can be lazy.) had one who could never work and talk at my old place lols

What a joke. 2 people ahead of me, yet I wait 35 minutes to get my food. Out of product, slow service. No cash accepted? What? There went my entire lunch break. Get it together.

I walked into the store and said they’re only doing cash. I only had a $50 and they said they don’t take $50s. If you have a system down I understand but cash is cash, especially if a system is down.

I waited for 20 minutes without be acknowledged because they only had 1 person working and she had 6 online orders at least. Very interesting to find out that online orders come first! When a living breathing person was there to place a simple order! 1 meatball sub! When I left without being able to order 4 other people to pickup online orders. I went to a sister store and got my food in 5 minutes! I asked about online ordering when it was explained to me but he was the only person working and had to work front counter and to go window and had been there since 6AM and it was almost 6PM!Subway quit spending money on pro athletes and spend money on employing more workers and come up with a better system! So if you want food from Subway only order online or expect to wait a L O N Gtime!

I usually go to this subway twice a week cuz it's near my work. It used to be a good place usually very short staffed and Amanda was great before they let her go for some reason. Went there today for lunch and I couldn't even eat the sandwich they made.See picture.

Went here at around 1 in the morning on9/12. You know how you go to a store or restaurant and the person working makes it feel like you're a burden, not here. In fact the exact opposite he made us feel like he was glad we came in. The guy working was great. Greeted us when we came in. made our sandwich and wrap just the way we wanted and asked if we wanted anything else. I wish I would have got his name because he took care of us. If I owned this subway I would do whatever it took to make him happy. He is the kind of employee you want. Friendly, does a great job and keeps the place looking good. I didn't mention it before but the dining area (and everywhere else) looked clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend. I will always drive further to go to this 24 hour subway.

I would give 0 stars if I could ordered a pickup order for 2 sandwiches one was supposed to have sweet onions sauce onions and chicken and other was supposed to have chicken bacon extra cheese and chipotle but no just douse both sandwiches in sweet onion sauce and mess both sandwiches completely mixing up ingredients ordered on 2 separate sandwiches all you do is read and putOh yeah I also paid for 2 cookies I didn’t get but makes complete senseALSO THEY TOASTED THE BREAD WITHOUT MY MEAT ON IT GIVING ME COLD MEAT NO BACON I ORDERED NOTHING JUST 2 soggy sandwiches

I came in to get a sandwich and couldn’t help but notice the manager picking her face on the line and she smelt really strongly like drugs concerned about the food and safety of the employees.
