This place don't have all the bread baked like they're supposed to. variety they didn't have these footlong cookies that the advertised. Plus didn't honor a coupon because in the fine print one of the sandwiches I got isn't a part of the coupon. I guess that's my problem.

The man helping us was pleasant. Everything else was not awesome. Fountain drinks both tasted like something metallic in them. Food quality was sketch. I ate a few bites and decided to quit eating it because of possible diarrhea later due to old looking ingredients. By far the worst subway I've ever been in. Also they told us cash only at the end after they made our food.

Every. Single. Time. My order is incorrect at this Subway.Ordered 2 sprites and yep the bags in the machine need to be filled $6 wasted.Ordered meatball sub with lettace, tomatoes, and olives. No lettace and mabey 5 olives. I order extra of both. My sandwich looked like someone strangled it. Seriously, you dont need to play with my food.My husband's sandwich was missing ingredients also, and the bread was not cooked properly.Im done. I'm never eating here again.The husband is taking drinks back, so I wasted gas money now, too.

Today I went to this location to get me and my family dinner and we walk in and there is one person there. Idk what it takes to work for this establishment but it must be a hell of a lot to not be capable to make a sandwich. Now secondly the woman who treated me and my girlfriend today made us 4 sandwiches which were amazing. The service was absolutely amazing, she was under pressure for last 45 minutes before we got there and didn’t break or do one thing bad she really needs a raise and or a long paid break for what she has to go through For what I assume everyday of her life since she’s been there. There is nobody there on shift to help her with the store leaving all of the responsibilities on her to maintain the store and keep it clean at the end of the day the store looked absolutely amazing while we were there. I think management needs to come in only because there needs to be more people to help. I don’t know about you all but at the end of my work day I make sure no co-worker of mine is still on the clock when they should be home, now I know everyone isn’t like that but it’s a great habit to get into and if everybody started doing that there wouldn’t be 1 person running the whole store for god knows how long. Let alone 5 people who come in for there shift. I hope people from the establishment read this and if they do please be more considerate to your fellow coworkers.

Multiple times in the last month they've made the order incorrect. Wrong bread on wrong sandwiches, forgetting key items like avocado, not toasting, no cheese. Happens when we use the online app to get the deals. Its turned into them getting the order wrong more often than they get it right.

I was disappointed by the sandwich. The meat was very skimpy. I've had similar subs from other places and every single one had more meat than Subway.

Ordered through the app to use the BOGO which was a big mistake because i wasn’t able to see that they didn’t put cheese on my both of my subs after i paid for extra on both, they gave me no onions after i asked for extra, and gave me so little of any veggies that it’s actually comical safe to say i will stick to my usual padden marketplace subway instead of this one- this place has an average of 2 stars for a reason guys

Ordered online, order confirmed… drove there to pick it up, as I pulled into the parking lot they canceled my order, locked the doors and took the phone off the hook. My hope is there’s a sound explanation however it’s hard to empathize when you see the staff walking around in the back room. A simple answer of the phone or initial denial of order would have been suitable. Awful experience.

Awful service. Placed a pick up order to get there and have the doors locked and closed and notified 2 minutes later the order was canceled. Very disappointing in the lack of customer service.

I had a sandwich at the heritage location on July 27th and it was the best sandwich I ever had. Thank you to the young man, Jacob who was working there. He made a total of five sandwiches for our family and was so patient with us. We will be back if continue to get such great service. Thank you Jacob and Subway!Parking: Great parking and great kid options for food. Lots of vegan options to choose from.

My wife went in at 7:38 (22 minutes before closing) tonight.The employee asked how many sandwiches we are going to order, because they close at 8 and there are 4 orders already.She said sorry, we can’t do that, and my wife had to leave.This isn’t a sit down restaurant. 20 minutes is plenty of time. Especially to feed a family with four sandwiches.Lost a customer for life, we always order 4-5.
