Love this place! They don’t accept tips, although their service is wonderful! I do make a $10 donation to meals on wheels! Pancakes are very good! Locally sourced food so you can’t go wrong! I had their Lox and bagel special today. Perfect way to start my day!

Really like this diner! It’s cute and cozy, the staff is really friendly, and the food is good. I also really like that instead of tips, they accept donations that support meals on wheels. We’ve been here twice and plan on coming back many more times!

Under the radar standout that holds its own against Portland's finest. The Diner bridges the classic American breakfast with quality cooking. This isn't where you go to line up for 45 minutes of overhearing hipsters talk about how Peruvian light roasts are no longer preferably to a full bodied Ugandan bean, even though there's less bird friendly, shade-grown options from the latter. Expect to eat next your grandpa's poker buddy's family. Likewise, don't expect to tip, but do fill out that line with a donation to Meals on Wheels. And pay close attention to the specials. While they might sound unusual, they're more likely than not to impress.

They pay attention to food allergies and have GF bread. We meet up with a friend for breakfast and the Diner has never let us down. Good food & service. Love the community minded aspect of supporting meals on wheels. Knowing that the staff is paid a living wage and the tips go to support meals on wheels is wonderful premise.

We fully enjoyed our first meal at The Diner Vancouver. Great food, friendly service and the atmosphere was fantastic; the music was my highlight since I love Motown music! I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back!

I really wanted to love The Diner. There are so many things to love about it. Cute diner interior, friendly staff and their support of Meals on Wheels. I felt like the food was all pretty bland though. Chicken Fried Steak was hand breaded and pretty good, but lacked flavor. Potatoes were bland and undercooked. Biscuit was the highlight of the meal. Loved the biscuit!
Great place with great food!
