Beer was fantastic - 5 stars. Staff was super helpful and accommodating when we wanted to be outside and they setup the fireplace. It's a bit cramped inside. Food was mid (3 stars) granted I don't care for the thin crust style of pizza, so take my food review with that in mind..

Rally pizza is now a pop up here and it just as good as when they were in their own place. Menu is more limited of course but you'll have a delicious victor 23 beer option to go with your pizza.

It's a cool place with good beer just unfortunate that the pizza served as a separate entity sucks. Boring NE style pizza with skimpy toppings. It doesn't matter how good your beer is if you can't compliment it with decent food... They fail at

Stopped in on a beautiful fall evening, it's a Wednesday & apparently it is trivia night. There is a good bit of people inside, a couple groups outside, but still we find plenty of room for the 2 of us to sit & play Yahtzee while having a beer. Can't speak to the food since we had dinner before we came, although I didn't think too much of the menu - just poshy, upscale offerings at higher prices than I like to pay. To be fair, Im much happier at a dive bar with deep fried foods during the week days (snooty snobbiness is solely reserved for the weekends!).The beer was good, I liked the pumpkin ale (Headless Hijacker?) and the Czech Pils was nice. Service was quick and friendly enough. I don't see myself going back only because there tap list consisted mostly of IPA's and I'm more of a lager or Amber chick. Well, I'm more a whiskey broad but that's a different story. Anyway, in conclusion, they have a pretty sweet patio and the parking is awesome, I love that they are in Rose Village but that's as far as my rave goes. Cheers!

Beer was tasty. Chill atmosphere in the bar in late afternoon.

If you love and appreciate the history involving the Dan Cooper age, this is a good place to hangout. It's small, but you can hangout and talk about the topic at hand or just enjoy the local company.
Cute brew pub with a nod to the DB Cooper hijacking in PNW. Very friendly and helpful staff.

My visit to this brewpub was enjoyable. They offered a nice selection of craft beers, and the ones I tried were quite tasty. The ambiance had a relaxed and inviting vibe, making it a great spot to unwind with friends. The food menu was also decent, with some delicious options to pair with the brews. It's a solid choice for a casual night out.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and tasty beer. Location's a bit out there, but worth a visit if you're in the area (and even if you're not)

I love a theme and Victor 23 has one of the best ones, d b Cooper.Where the hijack happened on the route from Seattle to Portland, just like Vancouver isI've heard they have really good pizza as well but they had last call before we got there but they have games and a good area to sit I really want to give a shout out to RyanHe was awesome have some insight to d b Cooper, brought my dog a treat, and a was so inventive. Thank you, I hope to go to one of the d b Cooper nights

Cool place. Love the them. Has a very neighborhood pub vibe. The pizza looked awesome but I didn't try it so I can't comment on it. I'd go again.
