Out of all the Wendy's in Vancouver, we've been to 6 of the 8 locations and this is the best one! Great, central location next to Costco and Home Depot right off the freeway. Samuel was very friendly and eager to help make our situation right. We were trying to order from the app and it kept glitching. He honored our reward deal anyway, no problem at all. You can tell he cares about this location!The dining room is very clean including the restrooms. Nice soft music playing. A TV to watch and fireplace. Lots of seating. Good hours. Good is always satisfactory or they replace it!Parking: 30 spotsKid-friendliness: Lots of kid options, all the different soda options as well as healthy options

Dietary restrictions: I have a severe food allergy to tomato and tomato products. I'm very upfront about this every time I order anywhere. I got home to find ketchup on my burger and was frustrated that I didn't get to eat my dinner. I called in the following evening and spoke with Jakob who was able to listen to my complaint without taking any offensive position. He without hesitation jumped into action to remedy this situation by replacing my entire order while remaining cool calm and collected. I was even very impressed with my meal tonight everything was as it should be and really good. My food was all the perfect temperature. Also I was quite impressed by the efficiency of Jakob and his team. I was baffled by the lightning speed at which this was taking care of. I'm very happy that Jakob and wendys handled this situation so promtyly and professionally. Had they not this would have been a 1 star review. I'll definitely be back in the future. Thank you guys.

Went to order. Out of Chili main reason I went. We ordered chicken nuggets barely warm, bake potatoejust ok, fries cold, frosty super soft like milkshake not thick as usual, went to get drink, area very dirty so I cleaned it up for them, embarrassing. Must need new manager. All areas need help. Afraid to use restroom after experience so not sure if that was clean. This was Wendy's on Andresen in Vancouver WA.

Had a pretty unusual and large moblie order, got to the window an told them my name proceeded to pull up to the window. They got my drinks out fast, food came out pretty quick as well and just how i ordered it. Very pleasant outing will definitely come back.

Decided to go inside at 6pm as the drive thru had 5 cars in it. Waited for 10 minutes before anybody even acknowledged me. put in my order for 1 chicken jr, and waited 25 minutes to be served. Watched about 30+ cars go through.. absolutely disgusting.. they weren’t short staffed, just completely ignored in store

Went through drive through to get 2 taco salads, got all the way home only to find the salads, didn't have the chili to put on it. Called to let them know, no answer, left a message, still no call back almost 24 hours

I started coming here for lunch because the Taco Bell next door was too slow. This is the most fast and efficient Wendy's I have ever been to. I can come here on my lunch break confident that I can get through the line and not be late getting back, and in the rare event there is a problem the drive thru lane doesn't lock you in so you can pull out of line. This has never been necessary. The workers are friendly, my orders have all been correct, and their biggest crime has been forgetting a spoon for a chili and one guy can skimp on condiments so you need to be specific. All in all a very good restaurant.

Hamburger patties seem to be shrinking?? Frys are a little soggier than usual.That was last time! Today 10/12 was superb ,great burgers and frys, chilly was not too bad either.Thanks for yhe improvement!

The Dave's Single was good, but the fries were too salty and greasy! The Pineapple Mango lemonade was too sweet and had too much ice in it!The cashier in the drive-thru was fine until I asked for a straw for my drink, and then she rolled her eyes at me!
