I have to amend this review after a couple more visits. We live only 3 blocks away so went again and sat at the bar. Definitely less noisy. Nice bartender, friendly and talkative. Fondue always amazes. We were still hungry so tried the happy hour fish and chips. It was amazing. Light, perfectly cooked, light batter, great fries. Very impressive. Then, visit #2 last night. Happy hour and couldn’t wait to order fish and chips again. Disappointing before even tasting it. Two tiny pieces of fish no bigger than frozen fish sticks. Much smaller portion this time. Overcooked and tough. Fries limp and soggy. I asked for coleslaw and got a few shreds of plain cabbage! Nothing at all on it. No dressing, no flavor just raw cabbage. I’ve never had “coleslaw” like this. Overall extremely disappointing and sadly have to add Wildfin to the “hit and miss” category. Why can’t a kitchen be consistent? It needs to be great EVERYTIME.It’s not worth the risk to drop $50 taking a chance it “might” be good.So close to awesome but Noise, noise, noise. Food is good. Fondue excellent and highly recommended. Service good. Our waitperson awesome. Don’t expect a quiet romantic table. It is extremely loud, packed or not. Decided to give it a second try after the first ear splitting experience. Walked in and only one table was occupied. Group of 8 businessmen. So loud we couldn’t hear ourselves talk. Must be the acoustics. Moved outside and had a beautiful happy hour watching the boats on a perfect late summer day. For that it can’t be beat. Might bring some earplugs next time.Adding this after several months. We’ve been back a couple of times. It seemed a bit inconsistent. Some bad experiences. Then last time we went we had the most amazing meal. Get the street tacos. We had the fish one and the pork belly. Absolutely delicious. Your mouth will thank you. Hopefully they are trying to get all the kinks worked out and go for excellence.

Lacklustre food which was generally badly cooked, ill conceived, and under seasoned. The chef clearly doesn’t care about the food being presented. Looks and tastes bad. We had one entrée (pork) that was clearly uncooked. The response from the server was that they could cook the remaining piece again or take 25% off the cost of the dish. No apology or concern that uncooked pork was served.

Food was pricey and a little bland but the environment is gorgeous. I'd go for happy hour only.

The real star of the show was the food and atmosphere. The food was delicious and not overly spiced. We had the Bayou Pasta, calamari, and chicken pasta. All the dishes were absolutely delicious. They make their fruit lemonade with real fruit as well, so that was a treat. The view on the river must be absolutely wonderful in summertime. You can see seals in the river during March, and lots of them! The Riverwalk in the area would be great as well. Definitely recommend and willing to return to this restaurant.

Great food on the waterfront. Their parmesan crusted sole is spectacular and my go-to meal. The calamari is also amazing. Nice outdoor seating and indoor seating with views of the river.Parking: Paid parking across the street. It can be difficult to find nearby parking during busy hours.

Great place for lunch/dinner at the water front. My family and I stopped by for lunch and were greeted instantly with a smile. Our server was extremely kind and was very patient with our kids/order. Service was a little slow at moments but overall a great lunch. Highly recommend the fried chicken sandwich! Kids loved the fish and chips.

If Vancouver has a tourist trap, this is it. Extremely disappointed with the quality of food and its preparation. I started out with the Calamari. For 18$ the dish was very bland, the jalapeño sauce had no flavor whatsoever. At this point, I should have canceled the rest of my order and settled the check. What followed was the Seafood Fettuccine and again, very bland. In all, the check was 70$ minus the tip. I will never go back and suggest to anyone reading this to do the same.

Great food and wait staff, just seem a little understaffed so be prepared and understandingParking: There is a lot of parking but it’s the waterfront so it gets busy quick

We had a reservation at 6 we arrived 5 mins early to check in and then waited until 15mins after our reservation to be seated. The restaurant was very busy our server did a good job the drinks and apps were very good. The steak was cooked to temp however it had a very burned flavor the flavor of a steak that was left in a greasy grill flare up & the scallops were very over cooked & rubbery. I may go back to visit the bar however. I have been here for dinner at least 6 times and it is just never very good.
