The food here is really good and the restaurant's clean. For anyone concerned: the meat is delicious and the items offered are moist but definitely not greasy (no orange pools). My only critique is that to order, you have to ring a bell so staff can appear from behind a wall and take your order. I wish they weren't hidden behind a wall; it makes entering the dining room feel barren and like a person shouldn't be there (off-putting). This place makes birria: Tacos, Burritos, Sopes, even a birria "pizza." The birria and consume are on point. They also have two salsas, a red and a green, both are good but the red is hotter and has more of a savory and warm spice. The dorado tacos were really tasty.

I have had good food and great customer service here in Wapato and Yakima location. I haven’t been to Moxee. The food is always good and I like the horchata and flan ? as well. My go to meal is the two queso birria tacos and birria ramen ? special and add queso to the ramen ?? the photo is my to go order. I prefer no onions and cilantro. Also tried the pizzadilla, dirty tacos ?, California ? burrito. Will visit again for sure.
