Grew up in Yakima as a kid in the 50's. Our family were fans of your big delicious hamburgers for 25 cents each! Then the price went up in the 60's to 50 cents each. Well, I just had to stop for a hamburger with my siblings sometime in 1983, I think and the same favorite hamburgers were a $1.50 each. What a treat to see the building be the same place when we were kids! On the day we were there, you were just finishing a new paint job on the building. Thank you for the memories.

We’ve got a large family, five kids all Constantly hungry. And they’ve got great food and great deals. 12 burgers and 5 fries for less than 50.00? Talk about a steal!!! Give them a try.

Neat little shack with drive-up, walk-up window, and picnic tables. BBQ beef sandwich was decent but not really worth writing home about - good size for the price, reasonable amount of meat, tasty sauce. I'll have to ask for pickles and onions on it if I ever find myself in Yakima again. Shoestring fries were fresh out of the oil, very hot and crispy, and the tartar sauce that I got with them was delicious. Worth a stop if you're looking for a quick bite.
