Better than miners. The food is more than decent, and the burgers are large. Seasonal items like fried asparagus are great. The menu is comprehensive, and the interior is very retro industrial. It takes a minute to get your food, probably because they are making it to order. Beer battered onion rings, fried oysters and fish 'n' chips too. It's good.
Majors has been my go-to burger place in Yakima since they opened many years ago. Their burgers, fries and onion rings are heads and tails above that other "minor" establishment. The burgers are thick and juicy with all the fixins including grilled onions, which I love. There is drive-thru and inside dining with a retro vibe. The restaurant is always clean and employees friendly with customers and co-workers. The menu options go much further than burgers with vegetarian options...read full review
