Friendly staff. The associated showed me how to use rewards in the app. Location, middle of a big, busy parking lot = nooo atmosphere. I carried it out. I'm frequenting Starbucks stores less and less, as the chain closes cozy, attractive spaces/places. I'd like a nice ambiance for sipping my $5 beverage.

I like this store location and the staff is friendly. I was not happy about them using a plastic venti cup to make my coffee just to dump it in my reusable one though. Isn't that the point of a reusable cup? To cut down on the plastic waste.
