the food is perfectly fine, I really like Jimmy John's. but the person that took my order had major attitude. I get that everyone can have a bad day, but it really didn't make me feel welcome at all.
Was here multiple weeks for work this summer. Dine-ed in each time. Every order was speedy, and the crew worked together. Even morale was up, like they enjoy working here! 5 star crew for sure!

The food was fine. However, there should be some sort of a notification when placing a delivery order on how long it will take. Especially if you are busy. I ordered a sandwich to be delivered to my work, which was maybe 7 minutes away, and my order arrived 51 minutes later. I called 30 minutes before my order arrived and asked about how long it would take. I was told they just left and should be there soon.
