The service was excellent, we came in close to closing time by accident an the cook didn't hesitate when I asked if it was okay for me to order a pizza. Our pizza and breadsticks were amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to keep our kids entertained so mom and dad could enjoy dinner. Our kids picked a special movie and sat at a special table by themselves, so my husband and I were able to have adult conversation and enjoy our dinner. At the end of dinner, we were shocked by how reasonable our bill was. I had a sausage with fresh mushrooms and my wife had a gluten free pizza, both had generous toppings and the thin crust was cooked to our crispy preference. That is not normally their main thing as we have normally done take out, but they assured us that would be no issue. “Chloe was our waitress this afternoon and was so sweet. Very personable. Went out of her way to keep bringing me a soda that wasn’t flat to get to the bottom of it tasting the way they were. “I got there a little too late and they were done with wings but the bartender Nikki was so nice. She turned the fryer back on and made me some of the best wings I've ever had at a bar. “For a long time, there was no place in town to get a GOOD Mexican taco. Then Fast Taxi came along and was serviceable. But now, Appleton has a GREAT Mexican taco. Just phenomenal. For ethical reasons I prefer chicken, but I will admit it's just okay here. So honestly, ethics be damned: I get the steak and al pastor because they're phenomenal. Great selection of salsas and other toppings, especially if you like heat. Also, if you're feeling really extravagant, try the quesabirria taco, which is just an insanely indulgent treat now and then.“

I cooked them in the house and had to carry through the rain to the shop. Second pizza was cooked and upon entering the shop umbrella in tow...the pizza ended up face down on shop floor. I called a reorder in and when i arrived to pick it up i told them what had happened. They said this one is on us! Wonderful experience!“
“We occasionally get Papa Murphy's at this location instead of our regular location. Things are usually 5 stars, everything is fine, 0 complaints. Lately, our orders seem to be a bit light on toppings, might be inflation, not sure. But also, and this isn't a huge deal, but my salad was a bit of a let down. There were lettuce stalks in the bowl and the "not lettuce" was all clustered at the bottom under the cheese and lettuce, which could have be rectified if I added the dressing and sealed the bowl and did a big shake of the whole thing, but the salad should be built in the correct order so I dont have to shake the whole thing to get the distribution of ingredient correct. Again, not a huge deal, but it is a sign of a lack of instruction, complacency, or laziness. Still, we do plan to return for pizza here in the future.“

“This tiny little restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The sea bass was perfectly seared and perfectly cooked with a yummy sweet sauce and farro. My husband's pizza was quirky and delicious, with sausage and pickled veggies. And the appetizers--just wow! We got a cold apple and prosciutto salad, which was great, and the steak tarter, which is a show stopper (definitely not the same dish we serve at family picnics). Definitely get a reservation--I couldn't believe how it filled up, even early on a Saturday night. Worth a visit.“
