Food was good, service a bit on the slower side. Went here for a card show held in the banquet hall--lighting was terrible for that event. Recommend more lighting if they ever host this again in the future. We went to lunch early and not many people were in the restaurant.

Went on Sunday March 3rd. Was absolutey the worst food and service l have ever received. Chicken sandwich was raw, cheese soup was cold. the patty melt was almost edible but after 3 bites the overall taste of grease was over powering. Maybe it was just the day but i will never be putting myself through it again. The bloody mary was good.

We were there for an event. They served the classic boasted chicken dinner, mashed potatoes, green beans/mixed veggies, beef tips, stuffing, and gravy. We did not deal with waitstaff, but the people working the event were very responsive and cleared the plates quickly.Kid-friendliness: There are lots of arcade games to play while you wait.

We always give this place the benefit of the doubt. Food is usually good. But every single time the service is non existent, and I get staff shortages are everywhere but this place man idk if they expect there waitresses to be awful and that's the standard or what. If you're busy, I get it's gonna take time. But it's generally half empty and took 20 minutes to even get a waitress to come by. So we ordered drinks and food at the same time. Food came before the drinks, no utensils or napkins. Took another 15 minutes to get our drinks after the food came. I went and grabbed stuff for our food from the 2 wait staff standing by there station. Drinks finally came and mixers were completely watered down. Only good service is if you can go sit at the bar.

Stopped in on 2.3.24 for a quick happy hour drink and app. Service was sub par as our server had the personality of a biscuit. Put in our drink order with an app and our app came out before our drinks arrive (3 beers & 1 mixed cocktail). He did greet us with app plates, napkins and silverware, so that was nice and appreciated! He checked back a couple of times, we didn't need anything, all was good. We paid the tab (great prices for what it was, very affordable) and decided to wander around a bit to check the place out. The games in the back were plentiful, it would be a really great family spot to bring your kids! The building is big, clean and welcoming; we will come back if we're in the Green Bay area.

Our experience was not good. Appetizers were without plates, napkins, or silverware. Pretzel was tough and dry. The server brought out 1 of the 4 entrees. The server stated that the rest of us needed to reorder because they had no cod. This is after waiting for approx 25-30 minutes for our original order. The perch tasted old and stale, and the rye bread was frozen. Our burgers tasted like recycled burger king with that strong liquid smoke flavor. The fries were super greasy. The server did not ask to refill our drinks.

The Green Bay Distillery has disappointed me as I went with my family and the first we were greated and told to seat ourselves and they would be back to order under drinks. They got our order wrong for our appetizers, as well as the food was just overall disappointing in gross. I would say this was a very disappointing experience. Because I have heard good things about the green big distillery. And it was a letdown. The manager woman was very nice, but she seemed to have no control over her staff. She was overwhelmed and I witnessed one of the staff members disrespect her and front of me and overall thee people working there the waitress everyones just overall seem to be doing nothing besides sitting there. Talking to one another and playing on their phone. I will not be coming here! And I fear sorry for the poor manager.
