I usually come here every week and purchase 2 xl pizzas which takes roughly 30 minutes or so which is fine but this time I've been here almost an hour and asked about the pizzas which made them realize they forgot to even start my order..instead of just admitting fault they said it was because they got busy.. I was sitting there and didnt see too many customer's but did see a few come order entire pizzas as well and get there order before mine was even started apparently! I spent my usual $45 plus $5 tip and learned a hard lesson on tipping before services rendered! Unfortunately my $50 pizza fund each week will be spent elsewhere!!

The lady was very rude and yelled at me when I asked for sausage and she thought I said pepperoni. Instead of just switching to a sausage slice, she argued with me that I said pepperoni and would not help me. I left and got a pizza from subway for my 2 year old who only likes sausage pizza.

came here to pick up a doordash order. was immediately yelled at for being there too early when the order isn’t supposed to be picked up for another 20 minutes. this wait time is a problem I only seem to have with sbarro in particular so whatever they need to do to get their timing down would be great. also judging by the other reviews i’m not alone in thinking the attitude of the employees is ridiculous.

Terrible delivery order, TWICE ! They can't seem to pay attention to online orders and when you call about it you get told it's not their problem, two different times I ordered delivery and items were missing and wrong, money lost ! The night manager is RUDE and should not be working there. The cake I got was stale and disgusting and there was hair in my stromboli...YUCK ! The owner that keeps commenting on these reviews needs to actually do something instead of replying with an automated message. I wouldn't have had to choose delivery if not for every time going in person it was closed when online said they were open, if I could give no stars it would have been done.

I ordered food for my lunch break and master shifu with the dodgers hat was very quick and polite. The lady who looked like jeniffer Lopez ate too much, was rude. I already asked for a bag but because I work in the mall she seemed to intend on making me late. Little does she know I’m a manager and have all the time to get my food. She was rude and smelled bad. Also didn’t wear gloves and didn’t give me a fork and she smacked my stuff in the bag like a child. So my Mac and cheese splattered. The little female I had last week was super nice but the old tan broad was totally rude 0/10 don’t recommend. Master shifu was nice tho the blue rasberry drink was bussin. Thanks master shifu

Natalia was very rude when all I did was ask for a carry out cover for my Mac and cheese which was terrible, she just walked away and rolled her eyes when I asked for one. Very very rude and I'm a 68 year old senior citizen whom she threatened to beat up! She actually came out a side door yelling threats. Cops were called, and she's a manager! Needs to be fired!!

Had not eaten here in a while but just needed a quick bite before the movie. We came up to the counter as a couple. There was nobody else for them to wait on. The girl took his order and then spaced out and we had to get her attention to order mine. I asked for tap water but they refused and made me buy the bottled water. They are obviously instructed to get a minimum amount of money out of every person that comes to the counter. Eileened on the counter as we were waiting and it was disgusting I got something sticky all over me. There was crumbs and straw wrappers just lying all over. I asked the young man for a rig to wipe my hands and I would have cleaned up the counter for him. But he gave me a wipe in a wrapper instead. I asked him for a larger washcloth to clean the counter off with. He said no he was not going to come out there and clean it every hour. He told me twice that he was not going to clean it until the end of the shift. So customers have no place to set their purse or lean on while they wait for their order. I just looked at him and credulously and he just you know shook his head and said no. I miss the days when people took pride in their work.This stromboli did not have much flavor because there was no sauce in it
Would give a zero if I could, waited outside for 15 minutes because I was craving pizza, wasting my 30 min lunch break. No one ever came even tried to call line goes to voicemail also yelled hello they have no bell. Took my business somewhere else and will never go here again . Disappointed!

There was a misunderstanding in what we ordered, which was ok until the person waiting on us was extremely rude about it. We didn’t ask for the extra food to be taken off our bill and we said it was not problem, they still made a big deal saying it’s what we ordered and we were causing a problem.
