This is not your typical Einstein location. Stopped in Saturday morning 8-5-23 for bagels and coffee. Took 5 minutes to be greeted, although we were the only customers in the lobby. The counter service was pleasant, however, slow and she did not enter our order into the register while grabbing our coffee. This is only a BIG problem because we ordered 2 bagels to go in addition to our breakfast sandwiches we ate onsite. I thought the price was high but admittedly didn’t review...read full review
I had a bagel with lox; it was delicious. I spoke to a manager about the lack of kick plates on their wooden doors (in the entrance and to the bathrooms), which would prevent damage when pushed open by a wheelchair user. She seemed receptive and willing to pass the message on to her superior. The attitude of all employees, the manager included, was positive and welcoming.

Been in about 4 times this week for the Carmel cold brew shake because it’s so good. Was in this afternoon as well as tuesday morning and there was one woman who was just so kind and so sweet. I didn’t catch her name but made my day both days!!
