The sandwich was decent. The bread is the standout. One of the meats in the Italian looked a lil washed out in color. It didn't taste bad, but looked weird compared to other sub shops.

Run through the drive-thru all of the time for a quick lunch. I have never once had an issue with my order. It is always correct and the staff has always been friendly. I will continue to go on a regular basis. Thanks Cousins for your great service!!

I have been to Brookfield location many times, staff has always been nice, but I have questioned some of their training when it comes to cleanliness. ( when to wear gloves, touching face then food, sweeping around food). I have sent 2 separate messages re: my visit a week or so ago. I have received no response. I bought a bag of chips that had 5 chips in it!! Im sure a manufacturer error but an expensive purchase for me! When I arrived home and ready to eat it was very apparent...read full review
