When I was told in the drive-thru that my food was going to take a bit longer because they were understaffed, only three people working. I didn't really mind. No one at counter. Had to use the kiosk to order but then it would take payments and said to see cashier… Had to wait for them to then enter my order into the register off the receipt the kiosk gave me…

There has been many occasions where I'm left waiting at the drive thru window while someone else pulls up at the other window and gets their order taken before me, which is beyond ridiculous. They need to be better at managing their drive thru windows. It should be first come first serve.
