So normally they're amazing which is why they're at 3 stars. However, I ordered a footlong yesterday and was eating the 2nd half today and found a hair. I would say it could be mine, but I have thick dark hair and was on the other side of the counter when it was made.Also the staff were chatting to the point where they didn't notice me waiting. my sub was very good…but the service was not. the younger man who cut my bread and working the register on 6/29/21 around 12:30 was very rude. he just seemed very upset to be there. when i was done checking out, he had forgotten to put my cookies in the bag. he had his back to me and i said excuse me, and he said “what” in a very rude way. i am very disappointed in this place. i love the people who work at night tho, very kind and fun!

Yes, it's a franchise but Jason & his staff take great pride in what they do. I often order online & pickup. Knowing I have a habit of taking longer to show up, they wait until they see me before heating up the chicken for my salad. Definitely small town feel even though it's a chain.
