“This place is amazing! If you're looking for a place to dine around Shawano Lake, Cecil Diner is the place to stop! They have amazing food, amazing staff, but does need some repair, but it is overall a great place to eat! I would highly recommend this place to others!”

“Fun and relaxing atmosphere. The people and employees were very nice. Great selection of beverages at a good price. The special of the day "peel and eat shrimp" were delicious! Warm and perfectly seasoned! I tried a Landshark. I liked it more than Corona.”

“We eat here often! It's a typical WI tavern menu, with good prime rib and broasted chicken. I'm not a fan of the ribs or pasta - both sauces taste "out of the can" instead of homemade. Typical WI tavern salad bar. Definitely needs to start providing internet for customers!! The menu and restaurant both desperately need an update, but the service is decent and the atmosphere is clean & welcoming. The cocktails are also decent. It would be great if they'd remodel the place and add outdoor seating on the roof or patio, the view of the lake would be unbeatable! Overall, a dependably decent meal for the price and a relaxing restaurant.”

I also love the decor, which is quirkily cheesy in so many ways.Parking: Parking lot could be bigger, but it feels as though it should be able to accommodate a number of slots more or less perfectly aligned with what I'd estimate the total seating capacity of the restaurant to be. It's free-standing and doesn't share the lot with any other business, although it is right next to Walmart, so there are absolutely fallback options for those willing to walk, though again: unsure that will ever be a concern, even when it's busy.”

“Went there for dinner with friends, my first time but the staff made it feel as if we were regulars immediately. The food was fantastic, the prickly pear margarita stole the show. The tres leches cake is something I would strongly recommend from this establishment. Our server Bailey paid great attention to detail and made the entire experience lovely. She even went out of her way to make me feel like a VIP after she found out it was my birthday dinner. Definitely coming back! Thank you all for the wonderful meal!”

“Drove a hour from Oshkosh to Antlers tonight. We got here shortly after 8 tonight the kitchen was closed. We should of called ahead to check when they closed. The owner was bartending and informed us his wife would cook for us even though the kitchen was closed since we drove a hour to get there. It was super nice of them to do so. The food was delicious and would highly recommend stopping in and getting a steak to anyone also a delicious cookie to finish off our meals was a sweet treat. We will be back, thanks again for being so accommodating to my wife and I!”

“Went to Amicos last night for the first time in years. Ordered via phone for pick up, my favorite king club hoagie. Got home opened the bag and much to my surprise exactly the same years ago. I couldn't eat the whole hoagie! There is enough for 4 people. Great people at Amicos and great food!”

“I went for their Puzzle Night, where teams come together to all create the same puzzle the fastest. A lot of fun. The staff were friendly if a bit frazzled by the extra teams that came in. The other half of the bar was playing the game, so it got loud, but that's normal. Had a great time.”

“I stopped here yesterday for a perch basket and Bloody Mary. It was fantastic! Perch basket was 5-6 filets, French fries, potatoe salad, coleslaw, tartar and rye bread! Great value and everything was on point with flavor and taste. The Bloody Mary is in my top 3 on taste and consistency I’ve ever consumed! I woke up this morning thinking about how delicious it was. Great service, cleanliness, prices, and quality!”

“I go here often not as much as I should be going but every time I go there the bartenders are always right there for you the food is exceptional you have to try the rib eye steak sandwich Carly did amazing making mine ..Jen will meet and greet everyone that comes in service of food is the best no waiting for anything it's always a great atmosphere Jen does so much for our veterans so many social events bike rides go through Jen's because they know the service is great and to deal with organizations she is right there with it..”

“Stopped by on the recommendation of a local. Boy was I surprised. I figured it was just another bar, but it turned out that I was in for a treat. Very friendly staff, good cold drinks, live music, and very good food. I had the Lobster Tail and was pleased. The Old Fashioneds were spot on, and they even put on a little show for my bar neighbors birthday. I will be back.”
