Craving a Philly steak and this spot really hit the spot! Located in the mall for a quick meal everything was delicious and service was great. Got the peppercorn Philly steak and cheese with crispy onions and sauteed onions. She got a kids meal with chicken tenders and fries for a light snack. Everything was staffed well on a Saturday just a little dirty with garbage on the outside but to be expected with busy it was.

Went here Friday around 4, with my husband and sister. Person at register was EXTREMELY rude. She took both my husband and sister’s order, then asked me if I was getting anything. When I said no she got angry, then proceeded to flip me off. She was angry the whole rest of the transaction and I would’ve said we aren’t eating here, but that’s what they wanted to eat. Definitely disappointed and felt that was way too extreme, when they’re in a food court. Most people eat at different places in the mall. I will continue to go to the Fox River Mall and eat there because that Charlie’s is kind and understanding.

I highly recommend Charley's. You get an ample amount of meat. I highly recommend the bacon 3cheese steak sub, and in general, it's worth the extra to get steak over chicken. The fries are good, too, especially when sprinkled with the seasoning they leave open to customers. The owner is also hands on, and I like supporting others that put hats with into their establishment.

I asked to pay park cash park card and it seemed like it was the biggest inconvenience of the millennia. The lady at the counter gave sass and when I tried to give her more change she said , "can you swipe your card already?"I love the food but the service is unacceptable, her manager was nicer that she was, and joked with me, which was appreciated.

Every time my family and I go to the mall we mainly go there just to eat at Charley's but lately the last couple of times we tried, they've been closed! We'd go around 1-4 and they're just closed. It's annoying that I have to go into the mall to get Charley's even more annoying when we finally get a parking spot, Charley's is closed!.

Not even Charley's anymore. They changed the menu and don't have anything left from their old menu. Very disappointing.
Poorly staffed and needs new management. I have tried to eat here several times in the past few months and it is always closed or stopped serving. Once it was only 5 :00 and they stopped serving. This time it is 7:07 at the mall a week before Christmas. I am standing in line and there are 3 workers and they just say sorry that was the last customer 2 people ahead of me. Seriously!? Gonna have no customers if they keep this up no matter how great their fries are! Get it together Charley's!Vegetarian options: Wouldn't know as they stopped serving at 7 pm

I would give zero but can't. Been eating here for long time and loved it. today, steak is cheaper like Andes, horrible taste, fries undercookEd and freezer burned. strawberry lemonade still awesome. so disappointing. won't go back.

While visiting Wisconsin I had a taste for a Philly cheese steak sandwich so I found this place on Google. I should have known by the lack of business not to eat here! The pics on the menu looked delicious, I couldn't wait to eat my food! When I received my food the bun was very dry looking. The pic on the menu showed a buttery toasted bun but mine wasn't! I asked if the could toast my bun, they said they don't have butter! Wow! Really! My order was $15.52! By the way, watch your receipt they added in a tip without my knowledge! I only noticed it once I requested a refund for that horrible looking food! I'm very disappointed!
