The place could use a refurbish. It’s very old inside and feels dirty even though it looked clean. There was only one employee working so he had to take the orders and then go and make them by himself, so staffing is an issue here too. I double checked my order before I left and a sandwich was incorrect. It was promptly replaced while the staff member profusely apologized. I love Cousin's subs. Prolly my #1 favorite chain restaurant sandwich. I always get the ham and provolone. It's fantastic. This location has a bit of a tired feeling aesthetically and the sandwich construction, compared to their sister establishments, left a bit to be desired.
