We dined in. There were 3 workers. All 3 were incredibly unprofessional ( one worker had 3 very dark visible hickeys). Most places have background music that helps drown our noise/voices from in back, they did not. We heard everything. The things they were talking about were definitely not appropriate for customers to hear. There was no urgency while preparing orders. They were too busy talking they forgot to put fries down and then argued with each other when orders were not complete/ correct. Probably will not be back. Our food/ order was good and correct but customer service was a 0.

Great food, happy employees. The place is a bit older and outdated though. Needs a deep clean. Not a big deal, I will be back. The free cookie question was cool. They also have an app with rewards.Thanks Cousins.

Sub tasted off from other locations I have gone to. I took my sub to go and the fires were not done all the way and did not have salt. When I was almost done with my sub, I found 2 hairs in it. on long and one short. The long one was wrapped in the me meat so I know it was not mine.

Usually ordered on Webster Ave but learned they had closed. I have to go to the west side now to have my favorite Italian sub.

God read some reviews ppl r d*** anyways went in and a lady named Juanita waited on me dining room full at least 5 ppl waiting for orders and she rocked it best service she is a great worker which is hard to come by she need a raise PLEASE
