Got 2 family size for our party of 6. Liked being able to do halves. 1 with speciality pizza on each side. 1 with specialty pizza half and custom half. Had called in order a couple days before, order was exactly as ordered!
I experienced good customer service at Papa Murphy's yesterday. I was the only customer at this location when I arrived. The cashier was very helpful with the menu, prices and serving sizes. Checkout was quick and my pizza was prepared with plenty of requested toppings and wrapped for me to take with me.

Kudo's to the young ladies that handled a very argumentative and hostile customer at 6:50ish tonight. I caught part of this customers argument - he kept rebasing the same points which had to do with an online discount (which we also could not use but so what). I could not handle his harping and stepped in - WOW! The hostility just oozed off of him! Remember people, employees are worker bees, not the manager, owner or the corporation!! Be kind to them!!
