First time at The Creamery last Sunday for breakfast and it was a great experience. Vanilla latte and French toast was great! Everyone was friendly. Definitely going again!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! If you don’t want to wait a super long time, go here on a weekday. Expect a significant wait on weekends, but the wait is worth it! They’ll take your number and send a text when you’re ready, though, so in the summer I like to pop over to one of the nearby bars for a quick Bloody Mary or something if my wait is an hour+.The food and drinks are all artfully prepared and I’ve never ordered anything that I wasn’t 100% wowed by.Atmosphere is 10/10 with a beautiful view of the river over the City Deck.

This location has always been a great place for us to grab a bite. The food and drinks have never disappointed us. It's no wonder it's always busy, so give yourself a little time to enjoy this wonderful restaurant.

LOVED the ambiance and the vibe. Dont get me wrong! Just the service is a bit neutral if that makes sense. Workers are very nice tho. The sandwich hit the spot, and it is very warm and fresh. Would def recommend if you love a good brunch!

3 of us did brunch here on a Weekend mid morning and all 3 of us were underwhelmed overall.Service was ok, not great for how empty the restaurant seemed, but acceptable. The food wasn’t anything to write home about. Two of us shared the Eggs Benedict flight. It included one each of a standard eggs Benedict, one with pulled pork and one with Beer Cheese on it. Of the 3 the one with beer cheese was very good. The pulled pork was an odd combo and the standard wasn’t especially flavorful. Overall the hollandaise lacked flavor. The egg on the pulled pork one was slightly undercooked and the egg on the standard was overcooked. One of us ordered the biscuits and gravy. The eggs were cooked a perfect over medium and the portion size was generous. The biscuit was average. The sausage gravy brought way too much heat and yet managed to be very lacking in flavor. I’ve had significantly better from a powdered gravy mix at the Holiday Inn Express breakfast bar.We had looked forward to trying a new to us spot, and now we know.

Jade ensured that our group had a fantastic time during a busy Sunday brunch. They went the extra mile when it came to making sure our table had everything it needed despite the busyness.

I don’t know how this place doesn’t have a better rating, the food is miles better than any other breakfast place around! Beautiful view of the river, paired with amazing food and good strong coffee! My husband and I eat here once a week and always bring friends from out of town here for brunch.Kid-friendliness: We bring our children and they love the waffles! They are very kid friendly, especially for being a fancier place.

Awesome place for brunch! First timers and will be returning. Had a 20 min wait on a Sunday and got a drink at the bar! Got called for a table before even. Waitstaff was very polite and on top of their game! Very pleased with portion sizing and a variety of items on the menu!

I loved this place. It definitely felt very different from a lot of breakfast places nearby and that's what I was looking for. Super cute and great service.

I am writing this review as a grown man who was hoping for a grown man’s breakfast. For reference I am comparing this place to my favorite breakfast establishment (The Breakfast Club) in La Crosse, WI. The serving sizes here are much smaller by comparison yet the prices are double. For starters I ordered 4 eggs as a side ($9) and what I got back was maybe 2 eggs (finished them all in 3 bites). Then I ordered the French Toast ($9). This was 2 pieces of cinnamon swirl bread put in a toaster with powdered sugar on top. Tiny. Literally each half piece of toast (4 total) I finished with one bite each. My side of bacon (4.50) was two pieces of bacon that were as thick as the microwave Oscar Meyer bacon. The only thing that was a respectable size was my bowl of fruit, but that was $7.50. The service was great and they were very kind. But after ordering an entree and three sides I am leaving still hungry. This is NOT the same level of dining as The Breakfast Club in La Crosse, Wi. Shout out to Sam Rodgers (Mita Rodgas) as my favorite breakfast server at The Breakfast Club in La Crosse, WI.*UPDATE*Upon my recent 2 star review, I had many people telling me, “make your own breakfast then.” Well, I did just that (photo included). Turns out that I can make double the food for nearly $25 less. Now, the food was not nearly as good as it is at my favorite breakfast establishment (The Breakfast Club in La Crosse, WI) but it was eons better than here. The only thing that would make this homemade breakfast (4 slices of French toast, 6 pieces of bacon, and 6 eggs) better would be if it was served by Mita Rodgas, my favorite server at my favorite breakfast establishment (The Breakfast Club in La Crosse, WI). Moved down to one star.

Food was decent. I loved the bacon jam in Town Drunk Benny. Espresso Martini was pretty good. Overall it’s a nice experience. I just wish they took reservations so we didn’t need to wait 45 minutes.

The food is great and I was so excited to share it with my group of 6, but the service was super lackluster. We were told there was a wait (totally not a big deal, we know it’s a popular spot), and were offered to split our group up to get seated faster, but we wanted to sit together so we put our name down on the list. After about a half hour wait for one of two 6 seat tables, which isn’t a huge deal typically, a hostess actually told us to stare down one group if customers at these tables to get them uncomfortable and push them to leave. We were the only group on the waitlist, and other smaller groups had immediate seating. During our wait, they would not push empty tables together to get us seated even though we were on the list, or ask customers who had been at a larger group of customers who had paid BEFORE WE WALKED IN to either leave or move. They had the gall to message us about 15 minutes after we left asking us to come back. There are plenty of other businesses who actually care about their (potential) customers and will actually get you seated! Definitely don’t recommend for a larger group, and I’m not sure I’ll be back with a smaller one. It’s a shame.
