Customer service was great ? I went around lunchtime. I ordered the fish sandwich with fry’s and strawberry lemonade. My only bad part of the experience was I ordered the crinkle cut fry’s and I got the curly fry’s in my bag and they were cold to taste, but on the good side the fish sandwich was good and so was the strawberry lemonade… Haven’t had Arby’s in years wasn’t to bad…

The gimmick food of the time is the best thing on the menu. That's not praise.If it's a returning item or permanently on the menu it means that ARBY'S has found a way to raise the price and make it cheaper (lower quality).The slogan for Arby's is "We have the meats!" This is the second slogan the company has had. They now have less meat varieties than when they added the slogan (they got rid of at least two sandwiches because "they didn't have the meats" for it.) A short list that doesn't contain every meat that they've lost since they took this slogan: ham, salami, pepperoni.Those are the general negatives I see here. (These are also the ones that won't be brushed aside out of hand or get this deleted for being "at this location only".)One of the best things that I have seen here or any fast-food/fast-crafted restaurant, is that if you call the phone number on the door and comment or complain there is actually follow-up on it though it may not reach back out to you (the person that called). So the more you call in the more the store is aware your comments. I would post the phone number here but that gets my posts taken down.(Arby's thinks/says it is not fast-food).If you really wanna find out what "fast-crafted" is ask a manager when they have a minute.Vegetarian options: There's one sandwich that is actually vegetarianIt is bread, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and mustard

Every time I come here it's something stupid where I can't even order, tried to order the $123 thing so I wanted to get 3 french dips, apparently u can only order & pay online, why the cashier say it will take 20 minutes for their computer to get my order, as always, every time I catch the bus all the way from the north side & I'm the only one in this deserted store, I'm standing in front of u yet it's illegal for me to jus pay u in cash or u ring it up or at least start on the order, not worth the hoops u got ppl jumping through
