2nd Culvers location I’ve been to but probably the worst one. Sat in line for 30 minutes and got served soggy, cold cheese curds. Definitely done eating here from now on, I’ve learned my lesson ?? If you’re going to force me to park for a single order of $7 curds, at least make sure they are fresh.

I stopped in here today after an appointment up the road at great lakes orthoticsI ordered a butter burger with no butter,only ketchup mustard,fried onions and cheddar cheese med onion ring ,med drinkThen also a mushroom Swiss burger with fried onions and everything elseThat normally comes with itAlso onion rings & drinkThe older lady cashier didn't hear my fried onions request for the mushroom SwissWhich I didn't notice till almost the endI went back& spoke with herShe got me a side of fried onions for my sandwich and apologized for not hearing meThe manger apologized and offered a free pint of ice cream for the mistakeThe customer service was outstandingDefinitely would come back againParking: They've got a decent size parking lot facing Layton aveSome nearby street parking also availableKid-friendliness: It's a great place for families for burgers,fries and ice cream

On 3/5/2024, I was having a really rough day after visiting my declining father in the hospital and had to pick up food for dinner. I chose this location because it had curbside pickup and the one near my house didn’t, and I was in no condition to go inside. The woman who brought my food out was SO incredibly sweet and energetic—she hyped up the unique spelling of my name, the car I drove…everything! Her smile and demeanor made me forget what was going on for a quick moment. As soon as she handed me my food, and I closed my window I started sobbing. She had no idea what her positivity did for me on such a hard day. I wish I caught her name, but she really made a big impact on me. It was definitely written in the stars for me to go out of my way to that location and have that experience. And the food was good too :) You never know what someone is going through, and being that kind is truly priceless.

Went through the drive thru and when I gave the older lady, who should know better, my coupons she literally ROLLED HER EYES at me. I couldn't believe it. This was the one in Greenfield. I was going to contact corporate but who knows what the mean lady has going on in her life.Parking: Very busy location

My favorite fast food restaurant. Fabulous food options worthy of their slightly higher food costs. A major upgrade in burger quality, the best fish options available anywhere!!!!! Value meals selections are cost effective and generous. Then there is the ice cream....... My God..... to die for. Salad options are available for waist concious patrons. The best of Wisconsin dances in your mouth. When my son comes for a visit from North Carolina, its the first place he makes me take him..... literally!!!!!!

Great food at a good price. Nice clean with TVs to view while you eat your meal. But they did mess up my order for the second time in probably a month. But most times I get it right.

Don't eat here if you're a disabled vet & want a chocolate shake. I watched the most disgusting treatment of an elderly man by the entire staff of culvers to the point they called the police on the elderly man instead of giving him what his money paid for. These punk teenagers think they know life & have no problem disrespecting a man that fought for their freedom, they thought it was funny when the Greenfield PD pushed the elderly man as well. How utterly disgusting. Not sure what creature raised these creatures but nobody should be treated like that. And to the punk kid that thinks he's doing life changing things by being a fry cook, you are sad & pathetic and your parents failed you. To the rest of the staff that ignored every other customer that night & served us all cold food shouldve had the PD called on them for wasting all of our time and money. Rethink culvers if you care abt our Vets.
