I’ve been coming here since it opened because it is close to my work. I usually grab a coffee and a couple dozen donuts for my teams but today when I went to the drive thru I went to ask for a dozen with 6 chocolate, 6 random and the chick at the mic said they don’t do that and I’d have to come inside. Which defeats the purpose of hitting a drive thru. I have my baby in the car and it’s not super convenient to just walk inside. I’ve never had this problem at any other...read full review
When they get your order right, it's good. But I've had it so many times that they just don't read the instructions on my sandwich?? The mods I ordered aren't followed for some reason. This has happened so many times.
Ordered thru drive thru and that went smoothly. What I ordered was not what I asked for. The coffee was supposed to be a latte and I was drinking a hot chocolate. The donuts did not taste fresh when I ordered them hard and tasted a day stall. Two cars behind me and I asked for a receipt but was never given one. The male and female working seemed more interested in chit chatting among themselves. Poor customer service I felt with the money I spend here the service needs some re-training
