We did two catered events in the last 30 days, one was tamales with side dishes and the other was two pasta entrees. The tamales are top notch and remind you of the best of family celebrations. Even the vegetarian option is surprising to your staunchest of omnivore friends. The elotes side dish is the best way to eat corn since being on the cob. I have a hard time finding tamales as goid as these. The spicy pork, jalapeño cheddar, and mole are my faves. The puerto rican rice us perfect. Just better get to one of the pop up locations early or reserve an order to make sure you get what you want. You won't be disappointed.

We ordered for my daughter's birthday party and the owners were very accommodating getting the food ready for me to pick up a few days before even though they were closed on the day of the party. Everything was delicious and many of our guests asked where we got such great food. My only regret is that we didn't get more because they were all gone!
