Grate has the best macaroni I've ever had. The Mexican street corn macaroni is so amazing. We always have great service and the seating area is clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend coming here!

usually love this place. Came in on Sunday, staff was not using skillets and plastic silverware was used. our food was cold from not being in hot skillet. i asked why, they said they don't want to do dishes. Dont recommend coming on a weekend when no adults are working.

Both my kids enjoyed it. My wife and I thought it was okay. Nothing was “wrong”, it just seemed like a basic sauce, I think I built it up in my mind too much before going. I will try it again.

The people were nice, but it took really long to come out. Plus, it's a very stingy type of Mac because they use mozzarella cheese so there are bare noodles and big clumps of melted cheese, also very greasy.

Stopped at Grate on Layton Ave (Greenfield) for the first time. We were starving and Juan P was quick to get our order taken. Expect extra friendly service here! A few minutes later Juan brought us skillets of bubbling cheesy greatness! Highly recommend the Classic, and thumbs up to Juan P for outstanding professional service!

A must try if you're in the Greenfield area! They have many unique options for mac n cheese as well as pizza and salad options. They're made to order and cooked in what looks to be a brick oven. A lot of their ingredients are locally sourced too (cheeses and meats) which is a nice added bonus.Give them a try if you're in the mood for a modern twist on mac n cheese. The bacon cheeseburger Mac is my favorite so far!

The food was good. I ordered the garlic Parmesan Mac & my bestie ordered the Buffalo chicken Mac. The cashier lady was super nice and she provided great customer service. I would have given it 4 stars but the manager Sam on duty was really rude for no reason. I do understand that they may have been short staffed but we were very patient with them. She over talked the guy that was making pizzas & said the pizza I wanted to try would take 40 minutes after the gentleman told us 20 minutes (he was right because a guest that ordered.l behind us pizza came up within 20 minutes) then she was very rude when my friend asked for sauce on the side in which we asked the cashier when we placed the order. Hopefully Sam will have a better day be a better example for other employees since she is the MANAGER.
