“Now that my family eats vegan, we find it hard to eat out...Olive Garden is no exception. The food portions are respectable & the prices are comparable, but there is only 1 vegan noodle option (Spaghetti marinara) & 3 sides (salad, broccoli and breadsticks). If they had more vegan options, they'd be a great place to eat. Have a blessed week! We love you all!!! ?❤??Vegetarian options: There were quite a few vegetarian options.Parking: Free parking lot, quite a few spaces, but always full.Kid-friendliness: Kids are more than welcome here. They even sing happy birthday for an adult or child's birthday & give you a free piece of their chocolate cake!“
“Evan is the best server I have ever had. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and overall amazing at making us feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back to this location as he has made our experience so lovely. He deserves a raise!!!“
“One of my favorite spots for girls night out or to bring my parents. I had my graduation dinner here and impressed all my relatives. My favorite menu item is the cilantro shrimp. Definitely a must try in Milwaukee if you like great food and top-notch cocktails.“
“The best Italian food market east of the MississippiThere meatball sub is Awesome. Have the put a ton of MOZZARELLA top followed by Parmigiano. NUMMY GOOD FOR YOUR TUMMY TERRIBLE FOR YOUR HEART AND THATS WHAT WE ALL LIKE TO LIVE FAT AND DIE MEETING THE CANOLI MAN IN THE ITALIAN SKY“
“This is the best Italian place that I've ever been to. Pizza is amazing, appetizers are amazing, drinks (you guessed it) amazing. Just the leftover crust from the pizza is better than the entire pizza at most places. Santo and Greg (the owners) are the nicest gentlemen and greet every guest. Laura is our favorite waitress, she is always amazing. Service is always fantastic, even when they are busy.If you want the best Italian food around, this is the only place to go. Just make sure you make a reservation.“
“I’ve never had a bad experience or bad pizza or bad service at this place. Transfer Pizzeria is a Milwaukee gem. Been going there for 10 years and will continue patronizing.Vegetarian options: Talk to them and they’ll accommodateKid-friendliness: What to say? They treat kids respectfully“
“Amazing experience sitting at the chef's table. We saw all the cooks and chefs in action and our waitress was terrific. The food was excellent! We were so surprised when our waitress brought out a little cake with a candle for my husband's birthday-- thanks for making his day so special!“
“One of the best meals I've had in the Milwaukee area. The prosciutto appetizer was superb! We also had pasta with lamb Bolognese, as well as pasta with green garlic and mushrooms (not the names on the menu, don't recall what they were called). The lamb was magnificent, the other was very beautifully spring-like in presentation and flavor. Ordered tiramisu to go - next day it was phenomenal! Thoroughly marvelous experience.“
“This was our second time here. It was a busy night, we were seated towards the back of the dining room, along with 2 other tables. One of the tables had two adults and several children. The entire time they were seated, they were on their phones, watching loud videos with the sounds very loud. Super distracting for us and the other table. In hindsight we should have said something to our server, Jasensia? I would have expected that the server and/or manager would be mindful of this type of client behavior and ask that they silence their phones. As much as we tried, we could not put it our of our minds. The food entrees were both good. Insalata Della Casa with chicken, and the Pesce al Pistachio (grouper). The service was very good. Friendly and attentive.Got a couple desserts. The Banana Semi-freddo was excellent. The Torta di Caprese was not very good. We were expecting a typical flourless cake that is dense/fudgelike. This was more like a gluten free cake. Pretty disappointing. Not sure if we are likely to return. So many other good restaurants with better ambiance.“
“Never been and I don't know why. This is now one of our top three favorite pizza spots. Thin crust with crispy edges, just the right amount of sauce and they don't skimp on the cheese or the toppings. The cheese bread was also very good. Jaki was great - attentive and very friendly. Absolutely recommend!Dietary restrictions: For those with Celiac disease or who choose to eat gluten free, they have gf garlic bread, cauliflower crust and flourless chocolate cake.Parking: Parking lot behind the building and plenty of street parking.“
“Great spot for date night! We made a reservation and were seated right away. Our server was very nice and checked in frequently. Food came out faster than expected. The chicken piccata meatballs were delicious. The portion sizes for our main dishes were very generous, so we had left overs. Both dishes were great! The espresso martini was a little creamy, which was amazing. We were too full for dessert but definitely want to try something next time!“
“My husband an I went to this restaurant without a reservation and they had no problem accommodating us, which was awesome. We had one of the best waiters we have ever had!She recommended so many delicious menu items! Their Caesar salad is incredible with thick homemade dressing. My pasta with shrimp and scallops was so great! We will be back …for the .Tiramisu?️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️“
“I really wanted to have a good experience with my children. Server started out ok, but quickly forgot to bring things to table. She apologized for the long wait, which was appreciated. We had our salad, soup and bread eaten for a good 30-40 minutes before our main meal came out. The food was great, once we actually got it. I had to request the bill to be brought out. I also wish the kids menu had a few more options besides chicken tenders and pasta.“
“I have visited Ann's three times now.It is actually become one of my favorite restaurants. food service and atmosphere are all excellent.highly recommended, in fact, on all of my visits I have brought different people. I don't think there can be a better recommendation than that“
“Best neopolitan pizza in the city! Seriously, so good. We both got "special" pizzas, my husband got the Chef Surprise (you don't know what is going to be) and it was amazing. We started with perfectly floured, crispy eggplant! Also, delicious! But it was Megan, our server, that really made our dinner experience special! Can't wait to go back!“
“I went to school across the street from this tiny little restaurant for 9 years, and somehow never made it here. Decades later I came back to 'Stallis, and now I wish I hadn't missed all those years! Amazing deluxe pizza, friendly service, good music on in the background, and the straws are pasta!“
“It is an old school Italian deli. Service is not fast, call ahead. The food is amazing. But there are only like 3 tables there. Not meant to be a sit down. They serve limited beer selections. Which is great to have while you are waiting on your food order. Would recommend.“
“In a Milwaukee pizza battle royal, Zaffiro's will be there at the end, going full Giannis Super Saiyan Hulk mode.Edit - I wasn't aware they'd started delivering, but they sure do. Ordering was a breeze, it arrived quickly, the driver was great, and the pizza is fantastic ?“
“First time there. Arrived 15 minutes before reservation and enjoyed the bar while waiting for our party to fully arrive. Atmosphere is delightful. Bartender was personable, respectful, and funny! On to dinner, the staff was INCREDIBLE. Not a single beat missed on ensuring we had everything needed. Our host noticed both me and another guest are hard of hearing. She didn’t make a scene about it (this happens a lot), was extremely professional, and made sure we understood. Food was delicious. We all had a great time and will definitely be back.“
“Was blown away by this place. It looks like something you'd pass 9 out of 10 times, but that 1 time you go in will be so worth it. The food was absolutely amazing - carbonara was crazy flavorful but not overly heavy, bolognese was phenomenal, mussels had an unbelievable broth and the canolis were perfect and not overly sweet. And our server Isabela was one of the best we've ever had. Amazing place that I'd recommend to anyone.“
“Last night we went out for my birthday to Ristorante Bartotta, it was my first time there and we had no idea what to expect. The menu as we learned was a tour of Trento Italy, and you picked 4 courses for only $75. We really enjoyed tasting all the different dishes and stepping out of our comfort zone. I really enjoyed the tortel di patate one of the best potato pancakes i ever had, would love to buy and take home 2 dozen.. my wife was tortured by the “strangolapreti” as it was so good but yet so filling… and best of all her 14 year old daughter stepped out of her normal foods and really likes the polpette, the traditional homemade ravioli dish and mixed grill…. I also want to complement all of the service. We have been to many restaurants late on a sunday night, last table, and they act like they just want us to leave… last night we felt we could have stayed for hours just chatting with the staff. My only suggestion would be to move that table further from corner and a little more room between tables. The ambiance was just great reminded me of the italian joints in nyc i grew up with, and finally the high quality bottled water was a hit.. cant wait to go back and take a different tour when they switch regions!“
“I usually do take out at Sammy’s. There’s usually a great number of customers and many do take out, but the dining area is not neglected because many customers take advantage of that, too.The counter staff is always so pleasant, ready to help with orders and peppering in welcoming small talk. The wait time is phenomenal, given the large numbers of customers who are ordering. The food is delicious and well worth the prices charged. I’ve had many menu items but my favorite is their Italian Beef Combo sandwich, which is an Italian beef sausage AND loose Italian beef on an Italian bun, with or without cheese, mushrooms and peppers added. All the sandwiches I’ve had at Sammy’s are filling and I don’t have a complaint about any.“
“We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Tenuta's this weekend! I failed to make a reservation so we sat at the bar, but the experience was not compromised at all. It was very cozy and the bartender was extremely attentive and sweet, I wish I had caught her name to give her a shout-out. We highly recommend the carbonara, bistecca and cannolis!“
“Barb is a great waitress n Sean is one of the best. Pizza is thin crust n crispy. Fresh mushrooms ? garlic bread is good. Mozzarella sticks.Parking: Small lot but streetKid-friendliness: Lots of kids were there.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps“
“The best pizza on the east side. When I judge pizza it all comes down to the sauce and Lisa’s has the tastiest darn sauce you ever will try. We typically order thin crust and it is crispy and hot every time. Toppings are high quality and consistent. Spaghetti with meat sauce and lasagna are great fridge stuffers for the next day. Each entre comes with a little fresh salad that, while simple, just seems to start it all off right. This place can be poppin’ off the chain so expect to wait a little while on hold sometimes: it’s worth it.Parking can be a challenge on Oakland avenue but spaces turn over quickly. I live close by so every order is takeout.Friday fish fry is worth it too.“
“You visited this restaurant, on the occasion of my birthday, Saturday 03/30.Which I really liked, a cozy atmosphere, a good presentation of the place. If I liked the variety of dishes in your menu.I loved their lasagna that they have, and the delicious dessert that was a lemon-flavored cookie, so don't miss i.Parking: There are a lof offer for parking, in the weekend is difficult, because people right for Small shopping window.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly with the children.Wheelchair accessibility: There are parking lot for disability people.“
“Found this place from Google Maps and thought to give it a try. Was not very busy when I was there so the service was prompt. I had the medium pepperoni pizza. It did not take long to come out and it looked good. I liked the thin crust and the toppings were in the right proportion. The taste was good. I would give the taste a better than average rating. Worth giving it a try if you're in the area.“
“A thoroughly enjoyable meal before a concert downtown. You have to be comfortable with your chair touching a strangers chair, because the tables are packed in, and all the voices make for a lively, loud atmosphere. Personally I liked it. We started with a caprese salad which was very good. They served good, slightly warmed bread and butter, it comes with the meal but we requested it before the meal and they accommodated us. I had the gnocchi and meatballs which was delicious, my wife had the margarita pizza which was also tasty. Nothing was so good I would purposely travel there for, but a very solid choice if you’re in town at dinner time.“
“I would recommend making a reservation! We were fortunate to grab 2 spots at the bar. We had the burrata and split 1 order of the fusilli. Both were delicious and we were full- even with splitting the fusilli. The bread was also great and service was decent- it was quite busy. We're not local but if we find ourselves in Milwalkee we wouldn't be opposted to eating here again!“
“Cozy bar and restaurant. Great cocktails and mocktails. Large beer and wine selection. I prefer the brunch menu to the dinner menu but the food is always good. The artichoke dip is a must have!Vegetarian options: Decent amount of vegetarian options“
“El Prez needs to come to this place. Tanino's has some of the best this crust around Milwaukee and the surrounding area. Cant find a better pie. Great undercarriage, nice crunch on the crust. Not much flop at all. Very good pizza. If i was a betting man id say a solid 7.9. Highly recommend. On another note. The owner is super friendly and who im guessing is the son or atleast the manager could have gotten me for $35 with the coupon but pointed out that itd be cheaper charging me for for what i wanted at regular price and it was. Not many places are honest like that. 10 outta 10..Oh incase anyones been under a rock. When i say El Prez i mean Dave Portnoy lol. One bite, everyone knows the rules!“
“Ordered the calamari, filet mignon, Brussels and dessert. Everything tasted great. I think the steak could have used more seasoning but it was cooked well. The Brussel sprouts were absolutely delicious. Calamari was served with pepper flakes which was great. Overall very happy with my experience and would definitely come back. Service was excellent. Anjail took great care of me and did everything promptly with a smile on her face.“
“So I lived closer to Miller Park for more than 22 years and now that we live in Greenfield, I've been searching for a new go-to pizza place.I think I've found it at Klasiana, I love their dough and their sauce. We've had stuffed crust and their pan style, both were great in their own right. If you are dining in, no worries I rated them based on the size of their space which is not big, but it's clean and quaint and nothing to take issue with. The service I've received has been excellent, this is definitely a place of integrity that one can rely on. So if you are searching for a new pizza place, I would give Klasiana Pizza a chance as it just might end up being your go-to spot!“
“Easily the best pasta I have ever had! Their house made limoncello was quite delicious as well. Their pizza was very good, the crust was amazing.Vegetarian options: I believe there was one vegetarian pasta dish.Parking: No parking lot for the restaurant, some side streets nearby to park.“
“Found on recommendation from my sister easy parking atmosphere was good tables were a little close, but I’m OK with that. Service was excellent nice young lady. Food was most excellent. Would recommend this place and would like to go back for the jazz bar next-door met the owner on the way out told him about our experience. He was much appreciative great place.“
“Tonight was the first time ordering from here. We wanted to try someplace new to us. I must SAY BRAVO !!! WE both ordered a calzone and it was amazing. We ordered delivery a little before 4 online. (They don't open til 4) so I expected to wait not a problem. Eta for delivery stated 5pm. We got 4:45. Good food great service. Maybe next time we dine in :)“
“From New Berlin and haven’t been here for years. Stopped for a sausage and pepperoni pizza. I didn’t eat there but dinning room is real clean, has a clean feel to it. The service was very friendly and the pizza was great!!! Just the way I like it with crispy crust.“
“Pizza was on time, and tasty. The crust was not what most around here would call "thin." Doughy if that's a word, not charred but still not floppy. Lots of sauce , if a bit on the sweet side. Not shy with the toppings at all and good flavor. Wings were really good! Also a 9 minute drive right off of I43 to my place and out of delivery zone which was a bummer, because others around here that deliver are not so great and this would be a go to for sure.“
“This is a great example of a place that does something specific very well. We really enjoyed this as a more interesting and local fast casual option for dinner. Everybody's dishes were excellent. Convenient location as well near a lot of other activities, and right on multiple frequent MCTS bus lines (15, Green, 53).“
“The food IS tasty, well made and well seasoned, but the portions are wayyyy too small for the price unfortunately. It is good if you have the money to spend, but if you're looking for quantity go elsewhere. Fazoli's breadsticks are amazing tho for real.“
“We were at Casa Di Giorgio about a week ago on a Sunday. It was busy and the owner was handling most of the tables, but he did an excellent job. We never had to wait for service. All of the food was very good (including the bread) and so was our glass of wine. It’s a nice place.“
“OMG it was fantastic!! Super hot when delivered and delivered so fast. I really don't live that close and was surprised that they delivered to me.Thank you Markos for such efficient service and great food!Vegetarian options: Great Veggies pizza.!!“
“Short Version:The only reason I am giving five stars instead of two stars is because of the exceptional service Gia provided.Gia deserves all the praise, recognition, and compensation Il Cervo can give her. She saved my grandmother's birthday dinner, and I appreciate her fun spirit, attentiveness, and consummate professionalism throughout our meal. Thank you for your wonderful service, Gia!Long Version:Il Cervo did not make a good first impression. Our party of six had reservations for 4:00 PM to celebrate my grandmother's birthday.-My uncle, aunt, and I arrived first at about 3:50 PM, and the elevators would not allow us to access the ninth floor (where the restaurant is located). It took 15 minutes, multiple conversations with hotel staff, and a staff member overriding the elevator to allow us and another party to get up to the restaurant. The issue with the elevators persisted for at least half an hour as parties arrived and voiced their troubles.-When we did arrive at the hostess at 4:05 PM, our table in the empty restaurant was "not ready."-When the table was ready, they tried to put us in a high traffic area, despite requesting a less congested location when we made the reservation. My grandmother sits in her wheelchair. We like to request a table out of the way to not inconvenience other patrons and waitstaff and make my grandmother more comfortable. We did eventually get a more suitable table in line with our special needs request. But at this point, we were approaching 4:20 PM.-As we were seated at the new table, the hostess informed us our waiter had not arrived at work yet and that they would be arriving at 4:30 PM. Our "actual waiter" did eventually arrive at our table...at about 5:00 PM. It was only after we had all ordered cocktails and about $150 in appetizers with another member of the waitstaff. I had the distinct impression our "actual waiter" was trying to poach our table for tips upon realizing their mistake in ignoring us.-My first drink arrived at about 4:40 PM, the "Friend, Lover" cocktail, with an orange peel spiral garnish...and the whole fruit sticker still firmly planted on it front and center. Wish I took a picture, but I yeeted that orange peel from my drink so fast. Now, I hate Karens. I was not going to make a scene at my grandmother's birthday dinner. I understand there is a balance between quantity and quality in food prep. Mistakes get made. But this was mistake five at a supposedly high-end restaurant. And for $17 a drink, I expect there not to be barcodes blatantly floating in the middle of my liquor. At this point, I planned to order the cheapest option on the menu and never return. This is where Gia comes in ❤️. Gia was the kind waitress that took our drink order when we were seated and waiting on our "actual waiter" to arrive. Despite her section being on the opposite end of the restaurant, she decided to continue serving us when it was apparent our "actual waiter" wasn't coming. And I am so happy she took care of us.Gia's excellence and the well done appetizers are the reasons I and my party stayed around to order additional drinks, entrees, and dessert drinks. She was extremely attentive. Never missed a beat. And made sure my grandmother felt special as the birthday girl and guest of honor. Now, I would be remiss not to give kudos to the rest of the waitstaff who served us as well. Our water glasses were filled when we asked, our dishes cleared away, and our leftover food was packed up and labeled beautifully. I never was left wanting or crowded at the table once our meal was underway. The timing on the food was impeccable.Do I think the food and drinks are worth the price? Everything was well done, but it wasn't $100+/head worthy. The appetizers and cocktails are creative, but there is definite room for improvement. You are paying for the location. I would be willing to return here and give them another chance in case I caught them on a bad day. But only if I was “
“Food was delicious. Our server was a little slow to get to us at the start - we were the first customers in and we sat for a while before receiving our waters or drinks. However, after that, she was very friendly and attentive. Our food came quickly and there was plenty of it.“
“Excellent birthday dinner! The food was great. The Muflta sandwich was awesome. Cheese filled Tortellini with Alfredo sauce was great. Lobster Ravioli was excellent. The birthday girl received a free desert. Our waiter brought out the raspberry cheesecake with a candle and led us all in signing Happy Birthday!“
“Pretty good. This location does not offer dine. We are coming from Milwaukee and chose to stop here to eat and bathroom break. They don't have a bathroom for customers and we're told to go across parking lot to another place for bathrokm“
“We haven't been here for a few years and my wife wanted to try it for her birthday. The interior is all remodeled, new furniture, decor, etc. from the last time we visited. It was 5:30PM on a Sunday and we were seated immediately. The waitress was prompt and courteous, the food was delivered quickly, and everyone liked their food. Everyone knows it's not freshly prepared or authentic Italian food, that's not what we expected. My wife was given her choice of anything on the dessert menu for free which was very nice. My only complaint was the price; like every restaurant these days it's not cheap. For 1 chicken entree, 3 fettuccini alfredo plates, and 1 kids meal it was about $110. A plate of fettuccini alfredo alone is $16, plus $4.25 for a soda, etc.Kid-friendliness: There were many families with children dining on a Sunday night, it wasn't crazy loud but it's not fine dining either, definitely bring the kids along and definitely don't expect to have a quiet meal with only adults around you.“
“My words truly can not do justice in describing the culinary experience that was my short rib ravioli entree. It truly was the most delicious meal I've had in quite a long time. From the wine to the salad to the ravioli, it was all flavorful, fresh, and fantastic. The server was very kind, helpful & engaging. This was my first visit but definitely not my last.“
“We have been coming to IL Mito for years and have always enjoyed ourselves! But our last two visits have been phenomenal! We came here to celebrate my Mom winning an award and our waiter made the night that much more enjoyable! As usual, the food was absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend the ribeye with the pesto pasta on the side (we substituted the pesto with garlic oil & wine sauce). For salads we ordered the mixta salad but with the Ceasar dressing. Lastly, the bread that comes out complimentary with the garlic paste is great. Keep ordering it!“
“I try to stop in whenever I can as this had been Milwaukee's best Italian for a long time, in my opinion. My daughter and we're out and about and she asked for spaghetti. She got the kids menu spaghetti and still got access to salad she breadsticks. Everything was great, as usual.“
