I asked for a large fries and my fries were only filled halfway. And my double cheeseburger was messy, a little too much ketchup. My girlfriend’s medium fries were also filled halfway, it was more like a small fries even though we paid and asked for a medium fries.Might need to go over how to do the correct portions of food for the items on the menu with your employees so that customers get what they pay for and they won’t feel so jipped.

Waited at the drive through at 4:40am for 10 minutes, with nobody answering at the speaker. I was going to be late for work so I had to leave.L I had already placed a mobile order so now I have to go in and get a refund. Such a waste of time.

After a long wait in the drive through we finally get to the window where I was not greeted and had my bag of fries shoved in my face by the girl inside more focused on her phone call than her customer service (phone was out, held up in front of her face and I could hear the other person)Asked for fresh fries since the ones we received were cold and handed her back the bag. Heard her say to her coworker inside "she's trippin, these ain't cold!"Sweet tea was also not brewed, looked like watered down apple juice, and was not sweet.

I mean, it's McDonald's, you don't expect much. But, when something as simple as a sausage mcmuffin meal is nearly $10, you expect it to at least be adequate. The english muffin was old and tough and the sandwich was cold. The hashbrown was fresh, so thanks for that, and the oj was good. Tiny, but good. I know the pricing is corporates doing and has nothing to do with the individual locations but come on. Teach your employees to have a little bit of pride in their work. Yes, it's "just fast food," but they're providing a service people pay their hard earned money for. Lord knows they make enough now. I worked fast food all through high school for a quarter of what they make. It's not hard.

Fries were hard over fried, I ordered a double big Mac paid for a double and was given a regular. Staff were on their phones, the drive thru was wrapped around the building. Horrible

To be honest this is the worst experience at a McDonald's I've had in awhile, and it's a holiday too.My partner and I got food to end the holiday and we both were hungry. I ordered a 6 pc kids meal and he got a couple burgers (can't remember the exact type). They messed up his one burger. So we went back to get the correct one. They were about to TAKE BACK the burger that already had bites in it and correct it and give it back to us. When we got the correct burger the person shut the window right away, no words said.Along with this, the fries were cold. The chicken was very chewy and honestly didn't taste that great. I understand it's late at night and the food may not be fresh, but this was beyond bad. The orange juice was the best thing with my meal. Along with this, the service was overall poor.I would recommend another McDonalds and if it's late at night and you're in the area, kwik trip is significantly better.

i got the bogo quarter pounder 2 deal. minus pickle. then i went back up and got 2 applepies. it was hard to get there from crossing the steet. because there was a lot of frozen hills before i got there. but mcdonald's was well paved..Parking: plenty

I ordered the sausage biscuit meal with iced coffee and when I got my food I noticed no hashbrown inside. She told me I only paid for the sandwich and iced coffee not the meal so I said ok well can I just pay for the hash brown now. Was told I can’t do that and I’d have to go back to the long drive through line for one hashbrown! I understand If it was a big order that was wrong but to make me go back through the line for one hashbrown is ridiculous.

Eating here is always 50/50 for me. It's either good hot food, quick service time, and solid service. Or your order is cold, the order is wrong, and the service makes zombies to be desired
