I love Toppers, but recently I've noticed they've been slacking on sauce. The pizza and stix are still delicious, but put a little more sauce on there. I don't want it swimming, but I shouldn't have to look for the sauce either.

Always cancel my orders (3 of the last 4) because they are unwilling to hire their own drivers or work with another delivery service to keep customers happy. At least update the app to tell customers when delivery isn’t an option like others businesses do or at least cancel right away, not 20+ minutes later.

Service was terrible, went out in a snow storm to avoid delivery wait time just to receive soggy food at pick up , food was made wrong and NONE of the sauces ordered were there after being reassured they were in the box. When we called the store to let them know of our experience the lady on the phone argued with us and was VERY rude. I will not be purchasing anything from Toppers anymore.

Good luck getting delivery from them. Waited for 1 hour and half to hear that my order wasn’t fulfilled.Take your business elsewhere

Their delivery sucks. I will never order from them again. Placed order at 5. The system provided an estimated time frame for 5:53-6:10. Called the store at 6:20 to be told the delivery driver is “busy”. 7pm and my order was still not here. I had to cancel.Thanks for wasting my families time!

Don’t order pick-up often but when I do, love how the staff is always super friendly.
My sister placed an order here at 4:15pm. At 5:30 she called to see what was going on. And was told the delivery drivers were very busy. At 6:30, she canceled the order. If you can actually do your job and get pizzas out, why are you even open? Just closed down the store so the website will stop routing orders to you and wasting people's time.

Toppers is always my go to pizza place. Sami, the GM is fantastic at customer service, incredibly fast at making food, and wildly successful with food quality. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Ordered a pizza for pickup and it was missing a topping. Called back about it and was given the option to come back to pickup the Missing Topping not remake the pizza correctly. Never heard that one before. I'll go elsewhere from now on.
